  • Half these movies sucked major ass and the other half were medocre at most if you talk about "black" movies i hope you mean films like to kill a mokingbird, persuit of happiness, boys n the hood, and the shawshank redemption not any tyler perry piece of shit

  • im spanish and i love BLACK culture . from the movies, to the music ..everything :D

  • Wonderful and beautiful!!!

  • Black is smart, Black is powerful, most of all Beatiful. It is good to watch black movies to learn what our people been through and what we must do now to make things better..now i used to get mad at the lyching part but now i don't i just use the most important weapon that fear the white man and thats education!

  • black movies entertaining.....no offence to any other race but sometimes its good to watch work of your own people!

  • when we were kings is a ood documentry/movie, the first time i watched it was this year (2011) and i lurrveed it the title of the movie is vey meaningful

  • List Time: Name five and add on later---

    = Baaadasssss!

    = Sparkle

    = Cooley High

    = Quilombo

    = Daughters of the Dust

    list yours...

  • goes to show you that every race in this world has an extremely good side,

its just the media that ruins people

  • i am black and this vid makes me to be proud of it

  • what's the fuss something always to be about what color somebody is

  • is black cobra even black-politation as it's ITALIAN? Black Cobra has links to this page and was puzzeled. I thought that referred to American black film that is based solely one stereotypes and exploitation.

  • so which one was number one??

  • I love black people!

  • One word, beautiful!

  • @Lifetheatre34 Thank you so much!!! :)

  • @MatthewHensley can you tell me the name of the movie in the begining of the vid where that kid throws a trash can in to the window

  • they should do the 100 best white movies ever after this. btw i'm mixed, so no hate replies. just pointing out the hypocrisy.

  • @jumppack1 They already did, it was called the AFI's 100 best movies of all time and had nothing but white movies. Thanks for increasing my page views though!

  • @MatthewHensley I THANK U FOR POINTING THAT OUT CUS IF IT WUD HAV CAME OUT MY MOUTH I WUD HAV SED IT THE WRONG WAY

  • @MatthewHensley

    List your top 100!

  • @MatthewHensley 100 movies without one black actor, easy there liar.

  • @jumppack1 If your poor writing actually made sense, I might be tempted to reply. Again, really appreciate you increasing my page views, keep it up!

  • @jumppack1 Your commentary is awesome. AFI's 100 best movies LOL priceless! I think its hilarious when a group that stole people and brought them to a country where a lot of them were actually inhabitants (find out the true origin of the word AMERICA Amer=moors of Africa) have the nerve to use the word hypocrisy. It's hilarious!

  • @jumppack1 Most black movies have white actors?

  • @jumppack1 the list of all the best period movies are all White and they are 150 of them.

  • @jumppack1 Its pretty obvious which side you prefer the most, and that you most not have learnt much from your black father

  • @jumppack1 loooool get lost dude ! .. "white movies" my ass .. why are u even talkin about white movies?? cant u read??? omg .. i hate ppl like you! piss me off! you always ruin my day! shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit

  • @jumppack1 The reason you have a 100 greatest black movie list is the same reason you have a greatest gangster movie list or greatest latino movie list or greatest chinese cinema list. its about culture. having a black movie list is basically saying whats the best movies to come out of the black community. would it be sexiest to have a movie list about women movies? when your a minority you tend to view things through the eyes of your community. so its not hypocrisy.

  • @jumppack1 and the same reason there is a BET television station is because black entertainment has always been told through the eyes of white people. thats why black models werent allowed on magazine covers until the mid to late 80s. thats why michael jackson and prince videos didnt get played on mtv in the early 80s. thats why black actors struggled and found it hard to find movie roles until the 90s. that why BET was created to acknowledge and celebrate black achievement when no one else did

  • i need help.. i've been searching for the name of a movie i watched a while back..

i can't remember who i features, but i know there are like four guys, and one of the is getting married. they then reminisce about the past. for some reason, the name stacey comes to mind. i know, not much to go by.. but holler at me if you can think of anything please. it was a great black movie. probably 90s.

  • @Jhara121 the wood?

  • @TheHeyyyou yeeeeeeee

  • @Jhara121 is it best man?

  • @Jhara121 the wood is the movie you are thinking about

  • @Jhara121 Yhh I think it may be "The Wood" because you said the name Stacey rings a bell, even tho theres only three main guys in that.

The only other film I can think of is "The Brothers" with Bill Bellamy, D.L. Hughley, Morris Chestnut and Shemar Moore.

    Hope that helps!
