Everybody who travels and isn't ignorant can recognize this Swedish street sign limiting the speed to 30 kph @0:02. Anyone saying pantyhose are something from the 70's hasn't been outside of US or Canada. In America women do not have the social respect to wear pantyhose especially in public. If these Swedish women here didn't wear pantyhose or wore jeans, it would be a simple lack of respect. European and Asian women even like pantyhose.
