Anyone who thinks that dog is being mean has never lived with dogs. That dog was exhibiting very normal dog play behavior. You should see my dogs playing with each other. They sound like they're going to kill one another. Dogs play rough, it's what they do, although the dog in this video was being mild with its "play biting".
