It isn't right. The ingredients of champagne cocktails are: 1/2 oz. of Cognac

1 Sugar cube

2-3 drops of angostura bitter

top up with champagne. DECORE IT WITH AN ORANGE SLICE AND A MARASCHINO CHERRY!!!

When I feel like killing my Champagne, I at least dignify it with a shot of Sauternes. Never ever would I put something as cheap as Angostura bitters and sugar, no matter how good it looks in the glass.

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL Long drink (flûte)

9.0 cl Chilled Champagne or Sparkling wine

1.0 cl Brandy

Add two dashes Angostura Bitter into flute, and one half sugar cube. Pour gently chilled champagne. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry
