  • Gamers listen up. In video games suppressors have to be given a negative affect for balancing issues. They would be far too overpowered otherwise. Save yourselves from some embarrassment and do some research before making statements about firearms if any of your information is taken from a game.

  • How much does this masterpiece cost?

  • you can look on the web and find them.

  • i have a question if you are just target practicing why do you use a suppressor doesn't it effect the flight path of the bullet?

  • @wgalvitron The suppressor allow you to shoot with out ear muffs and is allot more comfortable. It doesn't effect the bullet flight.

  • @jimmym40a2 It does effect bullet flight. It suppresses the gasses that leave the bore making the round less effected as it exits.

  • @Jordan3206 It supresses gas as it leaves the muzzle, at which point the bullet is already traveling at peak velocity. Most supressors actually increase velocity, if only very slightly, but trapping higher pressure gases for longer, essentially extending the barrel. This does not apply to supressors that use 'wipes', but as far as I know, those are generally out of fashion.

  • @wgalvitron depending on the suppresor it changes either increases like in MK11 by about 60 feet per second on MK 12 it goes down even though they are not sniper rifles but balistics remain the same.

  • @wgalvitron no, its not bf3. suppressors reduce recoil from its weight and lets you shoot without ear protection. it also virtually eliminates muzzle flash

  • what about the bulletdrop with that suppresor and that range? Can you tell something about this?

  • @Defenda44 the suppressor does not effect the velocity in a negative way. it actually helps it a little.

  • @Defenda44 suppressors only limit range if you use cold loaded ammo,if you use normal pressure ball or match HPBT bullets you won't see any difference in muzzle velocity but you can still hear the loud crack (sonic boom from supersonic round) if you facing the muzzle

  • @Defenda44 This is why I hate Call of Duty.

  • @Defenda44 it wont affect the bullet drop but it cuts recoil down by about half depending on what you use,i use a wildcat t8 and a ase ultra on my rifles and the groups half in size with them on, worht getting imo

  • love that sonic boom effect in that wide open area. Can really hear the bullet traveling.

  • I'm jealous...beautiful rifle, did you use the ballistic computer at all?

  • @wesleysnipessss Yes I use the Horus vision atragmx

  • 2700 YARDS = 1000 METER OR WHAT??

  • @Timurchin1 2469 meters is 2700 yards. that is how far this is.

  • @jimmym40a2 damn thats a very long rage for a sniper rifle

    thx for the info

  • How long did it take to reach the target?

  • @Avatar230594 around 5 seconds or so

  • BEAST

  • and people wonder why anyone would want this rifle..

  • @NIGHTEHAWK Who wouldn't want this rifle?

  • i dont see whats happening lol

  • Is that yours!!??? How much? Where did you buy??

  • what scope is that

  • @poop86386 Night force 5.5-22 50mm

  • I'm very lucky guy to had the chance to shoot the cheytac m200....ome of the coolest guns one could shoot.... It's so user friendly up to 700 yards. Amazing how cool to the touch the shell casing after firing with little recoil .

  • beautiful man, i always wish could make those precision shots

  • Sweet baby Jesus! Nice shot! How long did it take you to adjust your scope and get that perfect shot?

  • That is absolutely amazing. Nice Shot and nice shooting!!!

  • The .408 Cheytac in my opinion is the best sniping round of all. It stays supersonic over 2000 metres, which is impressive. But it really takes that long for it to hit?

  • holy shit!! they better keep an eye on you buddy you sir are dangerous!

  • a truly impressive shot if you managed to hit it at over a mile away.

  • @JeVousViolerai Its about 1.6 miles. I later hit a target at 2 miles. 3500 yards

  • @jimmym40a2 How much does the rifle cost? I hear the ammunition is pricey, and the barrel doesn't last too long. I'm looking for a long range rifle, and I'm considering the CheyTac.

2 miles is extremely impressive, I've managed 1.4 miles with a Barrett M95 in an ideal position, and .8 miles in combat.

  • @SSgt24thMEU you can find them on gunbroker or snipershide. barrel life is very good. ususlly in the 6000 round range before its hammered.

  • Beautiful shot :)

  • Holy cow ! Whats the bullet flight time ?

  • @realgungho 6 or 7 seconds. I recently hit a target at 3500 years 2 miles- flight time is 10 seconds.

  • @jimmym40a2 - truly impressive.

  • @jimmym40a2 what effect does the suppressor have on that gun is there any difference at that rang suppressed and un-suppressed

  • @Gunsand42 the suppressor adds a small amount of velocity helping with distance. The biggest thing is the ability to not to have to wear ear protection.

  • @jimmym40a2 really wow iv always known suppressors to lower the effective range because of the less amount of gas being exerted why isn't that for this gun?

  • @Gunsand42 That is actually not true. Suppressors usually add some velocity due to the fact that the gas is pushing the bullet longer than with out one.(usually around 12-40 fps) Now the older ones that used "wipes" would slow the bullet. but modern suppressors don't use them. I'm also using full power ammo not subsonic.

  • @jimmym40a2 ok now i understand and very quiet btw for full load and nice rifle too would love to get one in the future

  • @jimmym40a2 very true, ive seen some that will add upwards of 70 fps
