I love Untitled. I think they weren't really them though because on that record they took a more heavy route to their music. 'Killing' for example. That had the death metal screams and the death metal seven-string tuned down too. You see what I mean?

Yes, they are great, but Fieldy's slapping style suits Korns unique music style. If you put Wooten or Claypool in Korn, it definantly would not be the same. Understand the differences..

Is there an actual song on any of the records where Fieldy actually plays the D and G strings, cuz I've been looking at a bunch of tabs and they all just seem to only use the B and E strings, sometimes A.

fieldy has the timing of a broken metronome and the skill of a novice. anyone can go up and thumb simple chord progressions. Anyone want to see a real bass player search "vick wooten amazing grace" here on youtube

ok maybe fieldys techniques not very hard but his bass sounds so fuckin good....i like his slappin...no other band like metallica or slayer do this...with korn its somethin special=)

True, it has a very neat sound, very unique sound but he has no timing, no fundamentals, and the skill of a novice. But you are right about the uniqueness of his rig.
