If officers recovered Duggan's gun from the ground and there were no fresh prints and no third sock, that's beginning to get iffy - the action of walking around with a gun next to his leg or in his pocket next to a cloth sock for more than a few minutes would have smudged or blurred most of his prints, although they'd likely still be usable if not fresh... But if there were no recent prints on the gun and he wasn't taken away with a third sock somewhere on his person, we have a real problem....

@sandra148fc1 well in the UK it is compleatly illegal to carry a handgun on the street, if the police shot hit it would only be becuase he didnt comply, they dont know him personally so cannot just tread light footed around him for fear of their own lives and other members of the public, being shot and killed is a very harsh price to pay, but tbh the excuse he was black is downright stupid, anyone claiming race should be locked up tbh, its not racism, he had a gun where he shouldnt, end of :/
