how u find whisp is first u get a lamp like a genie lamp and then you wait till a night the lamp is found in town all day so find it and he comes magically to your house i think i met him once so yeah but i will try this

yes, but there is a trick to get rid of them as well. all you have to do is find out how to find Wisp the Ghost.I don't know how though.Sorry!

no, after you finish the trick, you can change the year back from 2035, to 2000, and then you can do it again.

it would be unnecessary to change the date on the game, you only need to change the console date.
