Third after the wider stance you will see there is not much shoulder turn and as a result, less power. At the top of the back swing try to get your left shoulder almost over your right foot. Lastly, on the back swing you make a nice hip turn but on the downswing you will see that instead of rotating them back down you are actually swaying them forward. This will cause inconsistency.
There are definitely a lot of small things that you should kink out first before trying to correct the swing itself.
First, you are standing too close to the ball and if you ever take some good divots, they probably will be a little deep. Your hands should be a good 6 inches from your belt when set up to the ball. Second, have a wider stance. Sorry but I have to send another comment.
on the second view your head was moving quite a bit and also our backswing was really fast but it was a good swing
