  • @CerealMarshmallows Thanks a lot for the comment. I'm gonna go and check out your channel right now : )

  • nothin' like a honda, eh?

  • My Dad's friend has one that's only got 750 miles on it! Not turned over, all original. He got it from his Dad, that only used it for putting around the farm.

  • That is so cool!!! What year is yours, I have a 66 model..

  • Wow impressive! Especially being the one and only owner. I had 3 of them when I was a kid. (1966, 1968 and 1972) I bought all 3 of them for $75. All of them ran. I rebuilt the engine on the 66. It didn't have the overhead cam like most them have now nor did it have the high/low range selector switch. You had to add the large sprocket to the rear and add a length of chain on for low range.

  • That bike looks great for its age. :)

  • @KrankieV2 yeah its got more miles than any ct90 ive seen too.

  • Nice old bike.

  • @Toyoman39 ..thanks a lot. But now the throttle is starting to stick and it winds out. I guess it's time to change the throttle cable.

  • my dads has 75000 miles on it!

  • @SCHWEBS7 Wow, that is amazing.

  • @67and68 yah iam trying to get it started hasn't ran in like 5 years battery has no acid so i need a new battery and tires are done

  • My 1970 Honda Trail 90 has been sitting in my grandfather's garage, unused since 1982 until this month. We put gas in, drained it out (to clean it out), filled it up, and it started and runs very smoothly now. :) We did do the full maintenance package too.

  • what did this cost new in 1968

  • @brian93ist We paid $350 dollars back then. My father was the one who paid for it. I should go out and started today before the battery dies again. Thanks for the comments : )

  • @67and68 im sure it has paid for is self many times

  • @67and68 hey i am getting a honda 90 soon and me grandfather is going to teach me how to ride it in the local park, are they good bikes? I have heard that they are supposed to be invincable!

  • This is a nice bike.I like the old bikes.

  • Very nice bike!

  • hey does anybody have any idea where to get an airfilter??? cause i have a 70 and my local dealer says none makes them

  • ok, im not familiar with the ct90s, but can you make one out of green closed cell foam froma craft shop?

  • If you cant find the right size, just get a good racing filter and cut it to fit into the air box. Make sure though that it is well sealed to the sides of the airbox or else you will get grimme in the engine and wear it out.

  • Sounds nice! I have a 64 CT200 (Trail 90) and can't seem to keep the carb from leaking... can't wait to ride it though!

  • @aaron71 Put a Carby overhaul kit through it, the biggest cause of the leak is that there is a gasket that seals the float chamber, if that is not properly sealing you will have problems, as that also seals a small passage hole that carries the fuel from the fuel tap and filter. As long as everything is done properly in the overhaul, you should be right.

  • that was great , odometers turning are like cool history, lol great honda 90

  • That's one cool little bike, and 13,000 miles! I wish ours would work but it's sitting collecting dust in the garage. Maybe i'll try to fix 'er up.

  • nice i have a 68 too they are great i just have to say i like the red a little more than the yellow

  • Wow! 13,000 and beautiful as ever!! Very nice my friend, very nice. I just got a 1968 ct90 yesterday, and hopefully with some work I'll have it up and running like yours soon! Great bike!

  • Glad to see you got your bike running! Wish mine looked that nice!

  • Hi levoto thanks for the comment..yes it's a beast I tell ya, a beast. So nice to have it up and running again. Actually most of the bike is all original parts cept for new piston, rings, throttle cable, and new tires. : )

  • 13,000 miles and still running strong... that 89cc engines sounds like a beast
