  • The problem is that land is being held back, from the people who it rightfully is entrusted to for the purposes of living upon it and sustaining and thriving in abundance. That right is not subject to ownership laws because it is not occupied. As for lands that are stolen each case must be handled individually but lawful redress back rent and full title use and control is due.

  • @Hawnguy100. CONT: Thanks to America, they made this "racist" regime occur! Don't you feel like our country is under a racist regime thanks to the occupire? I can feel it around me. And you notice it too. Once the Hawaiian Nationals realize who they LEGALLY are, we will unifiy as one people and one nation. I know it will come one day. And this American "racist" regime of Hawaii will topple!

  • @Hawnguy100. And also, it is sad that people do not see it. Whenever I look around other people--Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, American, etc--I tell myself, "I wonder if they realized that if they were born here, they are Nationals of the Nation of Hawaii. Not America" "They, themself, reguardless of Hawaiian blood or not, are Nationals of Hawaii." Sadly, they cannot see it thanks to the properganda feeding their mindes. You can blame one person for all this: AMERICA!!

  • @Hawnguy100 oh yeah, good point. The way they treat people or have treated immigrants in the US is diff. than from with the HK. People forget too, the US had slaves whereas the HK did not. And today in the US there's still that underlying problem among those 2 major groups although they pretend to cover that wound. The damage has already been done & maybe that's why they believe a "Black" president fulfills those gaps. Little do they know he wasn't born in a US territory/state. lmao

  • no you haole/pakei

  • So if my great great great grand father was born here in 1879 am I Hawaiian if I got blond hair and blue eyes??? If your great grand father came hear by way of the Chinese / Japanese migration of 1901 - 1908 for cheap sugarcane labor are you Hawaiian ?? This is based on color have they located the D.N.A. " Hawaiian strain " or can someone born in Tahiti 2 years ago pass as Hawaiian , this is gonna be a joke !!

  • @Sexiesttalk "Hawaiian" is a nationality. It always has been, just that the US Govt in its continued lie created "native Hawaiian" to which its entity the fake state of Hawaii came up with Native Hawaiian and now people see "Hawaiian" as an ethnicity. My great-great-grandfather arrived in 1861 & became a citizen of the Hawaiian Kingdom which made him a Hawaiian citizen. DNA has nothing to do with it. Don't let those who turn our iwi against others confuse you about the terms.

  • @Sexiesttalk a Tahitian, aboriginal Hawaiian, Samoan, Maori, etc. are "kanaka" or Kanaka Maoli; 'oiwi; kanaka 'oiwi; tagata; ta'ata; enata of their respective areas and are related but when you throw DNA & "Hawaiian" into that, you're just setting yourself up for more confusion.

  • Aloha, Mahalo for the info. Yes, listening is what agencies do not do well. Town meetings are important to understand where the moral authority lies. Although I am not fond of American processes, we should adhere to the moral authority which in this democracy is the people. There is a disconnect by Ms. Danner from the people and their needs of adjustments to today's economic woes. And more corporate building diminishes the intent of their sale. Or shall I say propaganda dramatization.

  • Mahalo e, I used your video as a response to my thesis.
