  • It is not the original trans-continental railway. The Kettle Valley Railway is a branch line that travelled from Hope to Midway, BC.

  • I think this is how my vision goes when I have drank a bit over the top. Brings back memories.

  • This is the Adra tunnel on the old rail line between Glenfir and Chute lake. Been through it many times when I worked section here for the CPR.

  • How exactly do you get there? I drove up around those old dirt roads/trails towards Chute Lake but couldn't find this place.....

  • its up Naramata way... there is a turn off when going up to Chute Lake... for the Trans Canada Bicycle trail (lol) NOT FOR MOTOR VEHICLES.... but who ever follows the rules

  • a lil creepy especially with the creek flowing through it. just after I stopped filming you could hear creakin' and groanin way back in the tunnel.
