I have a separate video that teaches How to Play Come As You Are - this is kind of the pieces from that video put together and played at performance tempo. Maybe if you searched for How To Play Come As You Are this was one of the results that YouTube gave you.??? Apologies for any confusion.

Unfortunately I'm not really a 'gear head' - I play what I play and don't really look around unless i'm in the market for something.

The only budget one I can tell you about is the Squier Bronco (I think it's called) - it's a small scale cheap precision copy (about £150) that I got for my 6 year old son. That's actually pretty good - for the price you can't go wrong!

If you check out the reviews of the Variax online and find out what it's capable of maybe you'll think it's cheap (which is what I did - i would have happily paid a grand or more for it)
