You can do that in Gmod just download l4d maps & NPC's & tf2 SWEPS and spawn a bunch of zombies and use the tf2 SWEPS to be whatever tf2 person u want spawn a bunch of tanks and take them down as heavy weopens guy.

Or make a mod of l4d with TF2 characters in it. It'd take a lot of work, but HL2 already has a TF2 gamemode. Well, kind of. You need gmod to play it.
