  • Shawn, Stop yelling at me!!!

  • kinda gay... i want the general consensus.

  • thinking of trading my 796 for a 675 is this a smart decision?

  • love this bitch whats her name?

  • @Jindunjun its Jin Dun

  • she aint a bitch shes a lady asshole i love her by the way

  • @Jindunjun She clearly says her name in the first 10 seconds of the video. Use your ears. haha

  • can i take her for a ride?

  • and they still dont have a slipper clutch! BAH

  • I love my 07 675. Raced my friend on his R6 and I pulled him hard off the line. All inline 4's take awhile to get their power going. That's why Daytona's are so beastly around town and thru cormers. Being narrower makes it way easier to flick into corners and way more responsive at higher speeds. Only Downfall they have is not having a slipper clutch which Triumph fixed on the new 2010 Daytona.

  • @Madidiot09 About your statement of the slipper clutch on the 2010 model could you confirm that somewhere because i haven't heard of a slipper clutch for 2010

  • After doing some research, I found out that in 09 Triumph didn't add a slipper clutch to their upgrade of the 675. However, they did make the Daytona lighter, added better brakes, and increased horse power and RPM range. It's still a beast of a bike to ride. Love the torque= I find myself leaning thru corners and just powering thru without even having to down shift.

  • with or without a slipper its still a good bike imo. The thing that is pushing me towards the 675 over one of the big-4 is how narrow and light it feels and after test riding one the engine is perfect for street.

  • @Madidiot09 ur right, u can be in 4th and still power out, this bike willl out ride any other with adapted rider, and the sound sold me from day one, after research i said FUCK the slipper clutch sign me up daytona and i never regretted it

  • @Madidiot09 and the jap bikes have better top end power/speed

  • @Madidiot09 no slipper clutch on the ten model, its a carbon copy of ythe nine model which i have, still no slipper clutch so stop spreading shit u have no business to spread mr fertiliser man

  • I gotta get one soon....I think I want red

  • i want a black 2010, only modification i plan on is getting rid of the rear fender and maybe adding rear hugger

  • That guy is a joke... "sounds like an f1"... The daytona sounds amazing.. But theres no comparison between the two

  • Comment removed

  • Nice. I've always been wondering how the D675 stacks against the Japanese comp. as far as reliability. But haven't yet bothered to actually go do some research on it...

  • @kj7687 i've never heard anything negative, what sticks in my mind is several people have remarked that once they leave the store the mechanics never see them again

  • Never once heard of this in all of the RAT (Rider Asso' Triumph) banter on the net! 3000 miles? warranty fodder that as you'd do that in the first year.

  • i own a triumph and ive never had a problem with it. where are you getting your facts from? have you ridden one before? or are you just making assumptions simply because you dont like triumph?

  • i actually like the bike alot. I have ridden it and its great.

You can do a simple google search i am sure its not hard to find

  • Dont look like a F1 sound.

    Sound like a F1 Ferrari/Porsche v10/12 engines

    in 70's and 80's.

And like a porsche until 8.000 rpm

    Nice bike.

  • It actually sounds better than an F1 car!

  • yeah great bike...well...close to f1 on two wheels would probably be the legendary cbr250rr screamer...rev limits like 19000rpm....

  • a friend of mine had one of those. this idiot set his limitter on 21.000... =)

now the engine is garbage. so the bike is :D

    poor guy...

  • a "duecardi" lol.

  • I hate that motorcycles are judged on track results when they are mostly ridden on the street. The Triumph looks and sounds great who cares how it performs on the track. A good rider on the road will make up for its slightly less power output.

  • True,

yet on a track the bike's performance is truly tested. And many people buying sport bikes would probably take it out on the track every now and then.

  • Actually less than 5% actually take theirs on the track. It's pure ego.

  • Oh and one more random bit of information. I will be looking to sell my K1 TL1000 in the next month or so via eBay. I know half of you do not care or will not be able to afford it but I'm just giving you future reference. My coordinator wanted to ship off one of our old Vesrah 1000's. Safe ridings.

  • I purchased the F4 after selling the Telefonica on eBay. Researched, rode one, liked one. Long time buddy of mine has the RSV Factory and I just wasn't feeling it. Yes Duc's have crossed my mind but I just wanted something else. The Gusta's the first bike I've ever had where I don't even want to think about aftermarket. The thing amazes me the way it is. Though I miss the Telefonica, my 1125cr and F4 will do for quite a long time to come. I love em.

  • 675 sound like an f1 car?? what? its the lowest reving engine there, it even sounds more on the side of a v2, i think the other bike sound more like an f1 which is over the 20,000rpms, what is he talking about

  • I think he meant that it was unique like an f1 car??? unno though either way its a still a great bike.

  • not sure about the f1 analogy but either way, it is a great bike, one of my favorite 600s

  • of course, f1 engines have around 20,000rpms

  • Didn't mention my penis and don't have to. Now before I was interrupted, the F4 speaks for itself.

  • actually, the price tag speaks for itself.

Dont compare apples and oranges. The triumph is a bit more expensive than the japanese equivelants. Rightfully so

The agusta is a rip off, even for the wank value and performance, nobody sane would pay that much. For the sake of performance vs price the 1098S beats it in power and weight and costs around the same.

  • hmm, F4 huh? if only they could out perform triumph in the price range... plus i don't need to compensate for a tiny penis.

  • The Gusta will never beat a Triumph, no matter what one you look at.

When Triumph bring out the big brother of the 675 it will walk all over your F4 :]

In EVERY department, especially sound ;]

Sorry mate but you just bought the wrong bike!

  • Very well said mate, when does the big beast come out?

  • No idea, not sure if they plan on making a new one, all i know is they have the old daytona 955 i think?

Why have people given me two thumbs down?!

  • Orite yeah, maybe it was the same person that had the F4 that gave you the 2 down cos they know they cant bet Triumph on track:L

  • Got my Daytona 675 on Aug.28 just like I said. And I have to say two thumbs up. When you crusing she whistles to you, and at hard throttle or mid to high rpm she growls at you. It will take awhile to top the looks and performance. Hats off to British USA dealer in Houston.

  • And I forgot the Black SE: will get you gold wheels and a very sarcastic ooooh wow.

  • rofl

  • I can't stop thinking about this bike Hopefully by end of August I'll own one. 10 grand OUCH! Anywho, I would rather they test the bike against 700 class and up. You can't put a Corvette vs a Camaro and say you didn't think the Corvette would win. As far as color goes, I think Red: will get you pulled over alot Black: will blend you in with other bike manufactures Blue: will make you turn it in to get a Red one. As for me RED PLEASE. This is my OPINION don't email me with trash talk.

  • And blue is a ugly color.

Its also the wrong color for a bike.

Sportbikes deserves a color that say its fast, mean etc.Red,Black and,Green is the color that speaks alot about the bike.Blue is dull boring. Its perfect for cars though.

  • Have to agree, blue sort of sucks on this bike. Almost seems to change the shape because were so used to seeing that color on touring bikes etc.

I've never been into green, blue, yellow etc bikes. Every bike ive had has been black, grey red etc. The Ducati 848 and ktm rc8 look pretty sweet in white though...

  • Yeah I agree with you on that one.The ducati does look sweet white.I've never seen a white ktm yet.

  • that guy always saying a bike lacks top end power.Everytime I go to bike video,he's saying that samething.

  • still the #1 bike in the 600 class imo.

  • They use to put out a 600, then they made it with a 650 cc engine, and now its a 675 cc engine. At what point is it no longer in the 600 cc class?

  • What part of this do people not understand? It is a 3 cylinder motorcycle. It is racing in a class designed around 4 cylinder bikes. The Ninja 636; now that was a cheater bike. It was the same as all the other 4 cyl 600s + 36cc.

The Triumph sacrifices 25% of its cylinders and exchange gets 75cc. I don't know if you've watched World Superbike very long but remember when they had 750cc 4s racing neck and neck vs 1,000cc v-twins? Now its 1000cc 4s vs 1200cc twins.

  • "This feels kind of like a race bike..." C'mon man, critique the bike. You're not going to hurt it's feelings!!! For those of us who want an actual comparison, we want a solid critical review!

  • @Slippiesttoad he likes the bike, and so he tells us. he thinks it feels like a racebike, so he tells us ;)

sorry about my english, i'm german

  • A good solid built bike British makes better quality than Japaneses

  • Not always.

  • Who are you kidding?

  • LOVE THIS BIKE TILL DEATH!

  • TRIUMPH 4EVER

  • I love that the 675 is still a top contender in 08' though it hasn't been updated in three years. When Triumph updates this beast, look out!!! Lets go Hinckley!!!

  • lol lacking in top end this bike Dominates all those Jap pieces of crap love my 07 Daytona

  • Actually it does lack in top end. When the triumph wins races it is with the extra power it creates down low coming out of the twisties. When I4's are trying to get to the power band out of the turns the 675 was in its power band already and rips a good lead.

  • You might be right but when ever I'm on the Track the others cant compete I lose em maybe its cause of all the turns anyway Love My Daytona 675 : )

  • It's got a great beat and it's easy to dance to....blah, blah, blah... No, seriously, tell us how you really feel ! ! !

  • they say pretty much the same thing about every bike they review

  • this is my fav bike !

  • I like Japaneses bike's better, but is just my opinion.

  • No other 600cc bike comes close to the torque on this Bike...GUARANTEED. It might not have the best top end, but this is the fastest 'torque wise'...and thats what its all about on most tracks...
