Adrian is now 6, won't be 7 until July, and has been playing 9-10-year-old kid pitch travel baseball since he was 5. In a 9U tournament this weekend, he batted .333 (2-for-6) with a .500 (4-for-8) on-base percentage, stole a base, scored four runs and struck out just once on a called third strike that he said was low and away. In the field, he made four groundball outs while playing second base, caught a tailing line drive while playing center field, had an outfield assist and made no errors.

he has a big heart for the game like i do but my advice for u kid is not to let anyone bring you down cuz as many ppl there are rootin for u to succede therre are many out there hoping to see u fail to pay no mind to them n just go out there n do ur thang! keep practicing n ur hope n talent will get u a long way in the game with dedication.

the kid looks good for 3. Enjoy it now and be very modist. Everyone catch's up and alot will surpase your 3 year old. If he still dominates when he's 15 then that would be impressive. Enjoy it for what it is and take him out for ice cream when the games are over.

Thanks for all the messages here. UPDATE: Adrian is now 5 and playing 9U and 10U kid pitch travel ball. His batting average is around .300 and his on-base percentage is over .400. He's playing with 10-and-11-year-olds this weekend in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Adrian just loves to play and continues to improve at a rapid pace. I hope to post a new video soon. Take care!
