Aaliyah was my favorite of all the new modern contemporary R&B female artists. She was just a natural, nothing was forced or was an act of desperation, inorder to gain attention.
She was like reading a mystery novel, where you can never exactly tell how it's going end. Most of today's female artists are just so predictable, they leave nothing to one's imagination. One can most definitely tell the concept of the video, and predict exactly what they'll wear in the music video, for the song.
If Aaliyah were still here, Be"yawn"ce wouldn't be as overrated as she is now, and the Ciara's or Rihanna's wouldn't of had a chance. It's a shame.. Aaliyah was my favorite of all the new modern contemporary R&B female artists. She was just a natural, nothing was forced or was an act of desperation, inorder to gain attention.
She was like reading a mystery novel, where you can never exactly tell how it's going end. Most of today's female artists are just so predictable, they leave nothing to one's imagination. One can most definitely tell the concept of the video, and predict exactly what they'll wear in the music video, for the song.

If Aaliyah were still here, Be"yawn"ce wouldn't be as overrated as she is now, and the Ciara's or Rihanna's wouldn't of had a chance. It's a shame.. It seems like Aaliyah's passing opened the doors for these clowns to come in and make a HOT ASS MESS of the music industry. Things aren't the same anymore. I miss everything about Aaliyah..
