By the way, too bad this scene has no momentum. It's beautiful to look at. I'm sure the original animators were pretty bummed. But,like Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, marvelous visuals, but actors don't quite break the sweat for us.
This scene is incredible, there is so much in it that added whole new elements to the world of Tron (the decorations she created in her room, the turning his circuits a different color, the depth of the relationship between Tron and Yori). I wish they had included it.

You can tell the scene is cut off unintentionally (bad authoring?) because it just stops suddenly. In the other deleted scenes, they fade-in to the end of the previous scene, play the deleted scene, and then play the start of the next scene before fading out. The are other bonus scenes on the laser disc that are missing or mis-labeled on the DVD like the test footage.
@Zormo777 I have this awful feeling that Yori was killed in the Legacy universe, and that she died protecting the Isos. Perhaps she was the one who got Quorra to Flynn. I also have the feeling that Clu was bastard enough to have "Rinzler" kill Yori directly. And considering "Rinzler's" backstory...
