I tackled whatever it is I'm doing in the above video, I'm guessing its just crossers. I can't really tell...I need to do a bit more research to do some variations.

They're downright terrible. It took me two different methods to learn. Mirrors help. If you are right handed-focus more on your left hand and let the right do its own thing, since more than likely you already have the motion down...vice versa if you're left handed.
