  • Господи, что это за бред?

  • What a waste.. Bah

  • mother fucker uploader

  • it' still doesn't fly you idiot. look at the top comments it actually means sth....

  • are you trying to weld your battery clamps together? and the motorized frisbee is some kind of smoke-dissipating device?

  • make bigger air holes

  • cool but make bigger holes fo

    r air

  • provide some more holes tto suck in air

  • it's not possible beacause it can't take air to go up , so maybe make some cool shaped holes in the disc and place it on 2 seperated things so air can go trough..

  • the top ducts arent big enough to let enough air force thru

  • cool wiring

  • try buying one

  • Ah yes the future of 21st century flight is apon us. URIKA.

  • So close!!!!!! 8-|

  • BULLSHIT !

  • lmao put holes in the top to allow the propeller to actually pull and push air down

  • did that thing even lift one goddamn centimeter?

  • hdd motor is faster

  • @matosi2 no, it's not, but the hdd motor and hdd motor controller assembly is...

  • A good start try putting a horizontal barrel fan accross its underneath or top to intensify stable lift

  • Well atleast you can cut grass with it.

  • .......... cut most of the top off then it will go up, spin, go down. Thumbs?

  • you need more air to be sucked in

  • Waste of time for everyone, including you. If you cleaned you floors instead you wouldn't have ruined your frisby and you wouldn't have wasted my time.

  • Make LAGE holes in the cover and you Might get a liftoff

  • Pathetic.

  • manufactured by sham-o

  • Really?......Seriously?

  • there are not enough air inlets... do not exist enough air to push up the disk U_U

  • you rigged a helicopter motor.............to a frisbee.........innovation!

  • You're also gonna need alot more than four amps. If that thing weighs a pound, you need about a 20A power supply.

  • grasscutting

  • Do you want this thing to fly or are you just trying for hovering? Either way you will need bigger holes and something to counter the torque or it will spin when it lifts. For every action there is a reaction! Put a little propeller motor out on a boom to counter. Here is another idea, spin the frisbee instead of a prop. Add little vanes to the outside of it for lift and as a side benefit you will get some gyro affect from the frisbee. You will still need the anti-torque device I listed above.

  • hahahahahahahaha

  • cool video.. keep working on it.

  • 14,000 rpm is plenty. It's the design that sucks.

  • your making a hovercraft btw not a "flying machine", you need to let air come through the top, make some bigger air intakes

  • you need a hobbie, really one...

  • basically its shit, do better

  • 1, you need a coaxial design to provide more thrust and counteract semi angular rotation.

    2. you need larger air intakes, the air allowed in is not sufficient to provide enough thrust to achieve lift.

    3. you need a lighter brushless motor that hasa higher RPM and tourque.

    do these, you must..

    hrmmmm

  • jonbobbins YOU FAILED AT BOTH ATTEMPTS . EPIC FAIL !NUFF SAID

  • dude install a flux capacitor between the motor and the battery

  • Create a Searle generator strong enough to loft it high. Think of the fan inside a cased body like you have now. the bottom would be closed off with vent holes for the moving fan blades protecting hte fingers (like that of the fan in your home). sit back and watch this thing stay aloft. You have a good start!

  • Acme Inc. makes the coolest shit...

  • With two properly located small holes in the thing, you'd wind up with something that sucks and blows at the same time.

  • @DancingSpiderman That's what she said.

  • @firecracker999999 ...and right about the same time, that's when Rain Man walks in the bedroom without knocking, and sits on the edge of the bed, babbling to himself

  • @DancingSpiderman thats what she said?

  • @johnnybumbum YEAH. And I told my boss during break on the next work day. He cracked up laughing.

  • @DancingSpiderman I know a woman like that!

  • @fluffatronix Yeah me too... reminds me of Brenda, The Human Blender. woahhh....

  • @DancingSpiderman hahaha

  • Sounds like a friggin lawnmower

  • Instead of the two slits you should drill very small holes around the top and put three small legs on the outer rim and give yourself longer lead wires.

  • Hey ramkan: Man those Brazilian women are fine. Just thought I mention it.

  • Aesir Coanda-effect VTOL UAV

    See in the youtube.

  • You need = EFECT COANDA.

Excuse me, my poor english. I am from Brasil.

  • You need something that will counter act the torque. Otherwise it will just spin and be utterly useless.

  • @fireball79058350 in english please

  • @supermar1os it is retard

  • @MrTrickScope 私はあなたに話していたか。

  • @supermar1os no, u did not tell me :) nice try i know japanese :)

  • @fireball79058350 so basically they just need to build a helicopter

  • Hey dude, i can't breathe

  • physics fail

  • if that was the tech aliens are using no wonder no one ever seen them LMFAO

  • Ta duro el bucho

  • put the motor in the lower part to have a gravitational stabilizer, and as others said, make more holes for more air flow, it might make some flight

  • Not enough air flow, you'r suffocating it.

  • It will never fly. It needs more horse powers. :)

  • Can at least make a nice salad with it.

  • here is scotty and he says put it by the trash

  • it sounds like a light saber

  • um even if it got off the ground what about torque man???

  • bigger holes, you dummy....Very big!fit your fist through them...

  • HAHAHAHAHAH.... All you need is the lithium battery and small and powerful electric motor..

  • You need it to spin more to generate more thrust asn second the frisbee is a perfectly round object so there isn't anything counter acting on the spin of the motor. You need something like a helicopter tail. it counter acts the spin so the helicopter doesnt spin with the engine you can have vertical flaps or another smalle motor to coutner aft the force of the motor. anythign that provides resistance or force perpandicular to the motor

  • @henhen7890 or he could just have the fan tilt...

  • Comment removed

  • to much wight

  • What you've made is a simple hovercraft. I did this once when I was a kid. For a model I too a large oval paper plate and attached a small handheld fan to the middle of it. It floated a round quite nicely :)

I then scaled up to a leaf blower, plywood, and a tarp with holes for a skirt. It could skim me around smooth concrete, but barely. But i used a pretty weak leaf blower.

  • this is friggin hilarious, I hope you have a PhD degree :D

  • make holes above it then it will fly

  • Dumb ASS!!!!!!!!!

  • even if it had 3 times the power, you have jumper cables dangling from the side, its got too much weight on it

  • but it can be used as fan lol

  • stop trying to push it up.. its extremely inefficient.. propellers over parabolic = LIFT.

oh and counter rotating blades. these have already been made in radio controlled flight and proven to fly. Hope this helps. And YES flying disks will work.. no its not antigravity..hint: look at coaxial helicopters

  • stop trying to push it up.. its extremely inefficient.. propellers over parabolic = LIFT.

oh and counter rotating blades. these have already been made in radio controlled flight and proven to fly. Hope this helps.

  • more holes on top is needed

  • and biger holes!

  • huston we have a problem..

use lighter meterial.. smaler motor , same power

i had one like this when i was 13 years old (im 17 now)

    and it was flying..

  • did u cenect it to the car or somthing because more then a car battery u need generator XD

  • you cant have it fly if theres nowhere for the ait being pushed to traven. its all encased between both the done and the floor

  • This could fly. You know with gyroscopes and electronics and stabilization and everything.

  • I may have a theory. Okay here goes, I think the reason why it doesn't generate lift is because, you need to know how the motor spins. When the blade spins left thrust come out the back, on a jet engine it is forward, so on your UFO copter it pushes down. When the blade spins to the right it generates a back drift or reverse thrust so it pushes back wards or on your UFO copter it pushes up. Try working with those two principals, I have my project already working, I just need a light weight motor

  • I would be impressed by this "attempt" if it was done by a 5year old. Funny vid.

  • more vent

  • hey guy, you are verry silly!

    it can´t fly.

when you use more pore the frisbee turn too

  • A fan with poor airflow and absolutely nothing to stabilize it even if it had the air flow to fly with...

  • you need more holes!

  • put a brushless motor in it and bigger intake holes

  • Nice landmower ! Pretty chameleonesque color, btw !

  • dude to create a hovercar that actually floats up to 6" off the ground you can only use magnetism. + your stupid copter will flip over when it takes off. If you want it to fly fill up a ballon with helium then apply your shitty moter to make it move.

  • Right buddy...

1: That weak chunky motor won't lift it's own weight ever :p

2: As people have stated, the air-intake is neither sufficient nor aerodynamic

4: i'm guessing that motor is 50%+ of the "copters" weight, IF it did take off it'd flip instantly..

5: Even ignoring my other 4 points, downwards thrust does not equal flight, you need stabilizers and controls to ensure that downwards thrust stays downwards thrust and the thing doesn't just flip first chance it gets

  • put the prop on top blowing down and patch the holes

  • ..but does it mow the lawn?

  • dude u need air to generate downforce just to get it to lift, those tiny slots u have cut out are no where near enough, plus u have to have openings below the blade but since the walls of ur craft contacts the floor it does nothing but act like a lawn mower. more power or not, its not goin anywhere. u need air to breath it in and room for the air to escape from the bottom otherwise ur defeating the purpose of the PROPELLER

  • Your space craft is far out man...cool

  • Sir, I hate to be the guy to point this out...but the power/rotor directional wind ratio is vital. Simply....YOU HAVE THE PROPELLAR ON UPSIDE DOWN!!!

  • whoa! relax on cranking up the power and amps man. theres one simple problem stopping this. not enough air. look at the ufo copters they have now there esencially to spinning blades. you need to cut more holes into the frisbee and let more air through.

  • hey there r no intakes thats why it cant get off the ground its no getting any air to push so cut more holes also put the batteries in the center of gravity or its gona shake to death

  • how can it fly......hoverbricks in roblox is better!!

  • jajajajja

    no tenes idea de fisica

  • It makes a great fan.

  • where is the third attempt?

  • more like a hovercraft!

  • Are you certain this will work spock?

If my calculations are correct captain, putting dirty great crocodile clips, more than is needed for the power, will not only look bad-ass but will replace the need for di-lithium crystals

  • put the propeller above the frisbee, blowing air over it's surface. This will generate lift a lot more efficiently due to pressure differences and the Coanda effect.

  • @blackXSpr Yes. Blowing air over the surface generates a high pressure zone beneath the craft and keeps a lower pressure above it. This makes life by the coanda effect because the high pressure zone is attracted to the low pressure, which is a lot more efficient than blowing air down and riding on a small cushion of air.

  • @TheNuclearWatermelon Your understanding of the principles is correct but your practical application is flawed.

  • noob...

  • @Jfoo111 Im sorry but... dont call that guy noob.. He was just testing... unless you can make it fly?

  • Como vai voar se não tem entrada de ar !

  • do you have any concept of lift? MUCH BIGER HOLES!! MUCH MUCH BIGGer LIKE ONLY LEAVE A RING!

  • i suggest adding a more high powered engine...

  • nice aerodynamics

  • It needs bigger holes no top and to fly well something to counter the torque and to be balanced

  • LMFAO what a piss poor attempt. If you just asked me if it would work, I would have told you no, and save you the embarrassment!

  • MrXitch wut are u saying?

  • Наоборот,чтобы увеличить подъемную силу,маленькие отверстия делаются снизу, а чтобы уменьшить нагрузку на двигатель - большие отверстия сверху))

  • why did you make holes thats why it doesent work

  • отстой идиота!!!

  • @MIXA8008 YAH!! What he said!!

  • yea more and bigger holes, also even if it does lift, you need to have all the weight balenced or it will just flip

  • hahahaha, cut some big holes at the top and it will fly... somewhere at least

  • it needs holes on the top for the air to travel through dumbass

  • rite track . ppl like u will save mankind dont listen to haters n nay sayers. take it to a bigger scale . do a lil more indepth research ull figure it out.

  • dude d motor is too much small

  • Jonbobbins! Give up! You do not understand the mechanics of flight and lift! I'm seriously wondering if you perhaps have a learning difficulty? This will not work.

  • I think u need to put a few holes on the top of that Frisbee and a better fan and a powerful motor to at least try to make it fly. Oh! BTW nice try keep meddling with the world and eventually u'll find some thing that's your creation :) cheers

  • not a chance with standart dc motor.

  • SCOTTY, I NEED MORE POWER!!!!!!!!!

  • @anderman72 well even if "scotty" would some how give more power to that thing,

it would be more probable to beam him up to the enterprise than making that thing fly

  • @anderman72 I'm giving it all she got's captain ~

  • @anderman72 I CAN'T DO IT CAPTAIN!!

  • @anderman72 i can`t push it any fasterr!!!

  • You arent generating enouph thrust because there are no holes in top of the frisby.

  • hahahahah well when your bored i guess you do things like that but as long as you have fun lol

  • and u need a better motor and get a cammera battery that 6 volts and put two together and it should work

  • make more holes for air intake so it has more thrust

  • dont know why there are so many haters ? hmm

  • i think it needs more holes to suck air in and to have lift.

  • Comment removed

  • kosiarka z tego może i będzie:)

  • ass hole have nothing to do give that disl to a child

  • Just turn the electric motor upside down, so the rotor is outside pushing the air downwards. Coanda-effect will do the rest for you.....

    Nice try by the way

  • wtf is that clicking

  • @firmclock the fail-o-meter

  • What is that noise in the background short hand?

  • Nice try. Failures are pillars of success...i say more intake area. Less output area. update motor, and to counter rotate the device, add a small prop in the corner and weight on the other side ...to balance cG...maybe a lipo battery. Use a Brushless motor.

  • from what i understood you are trying to suck the air throw two little holes and push it so fast so it will take off, in my opinion it wont

  • The red and black wires are too short and are attached to two big alligator clips so is impossible that fly.

  • hahaha!!

  • Not enough air will flow in from those two little slots. That'll never work, efficiently, although you may lift it with brute-force amperage.

  • when u DO get lift........lmao..what are you going to do about yaw? like counter-acting the torque of the blades spinning??

  • Why did you think this would fly? Even if it could get enoough air flow through those tiny holes to lift off it is top heavy because the motor is the highest point. As soon as it lifts off it will flip over and drive itself back into the ground.

  • Make lots of small circular holes in the top to make it lighter and allow more are air to be drawn in.

  • I had a toy like this in the late 70's. Battery charged.

  • need a better motor. and if u had the battery on there you would have to put it on top of the motor cause then its wieght dispribution will be even

  • hahahahahaha

  • WTF? Whats with the clicking sound?!?!?! Its so annoying!!!!

  • Im guessing that your using a frisbee, way too heavy! Secondly if you keep the frisbee you need a prop that has a greater pitch. Finally if you do get lift off your wires will prevent you from going vertical. excellent start though.

  • too weak and too heavy! forget it!

  • THIS SHIT CAN'T FLY!!! DO U UNDERSTAND?!?

  • @seboss100 I think it was supposed to be a hovercraft ;))

  • Mate bigger engine

  • Hole are WAY to small. Not enough air entering (and therfore not enough thrust) and also, probably too heavy. Oh and if you could find a way to cool the motor down somehow... should do the trick :p

  • i thought of this when i was like 13, never built it though. now i think it should be heavier ,it must stay a frisbee.and u should find a way to get some strong batteries balanced on board and you got a frisbee that you can throw to the horizon,

  • the material is to heavy
