I was blessed to have a father that loved country music, his favorite being a man named Herold Jenkins.I'm not a country fan as much as a music fan, I love Rod Stewart, Air Supply, and Pink Floyd as well as Conway. Conway is right there, amoungst the giants. My father died the same year as Conway - 1993. We have an obligation to keep Conway's music alive. Radio and the country video stations have forsaken him. I love Conway, I will do my best to make sure he is never forgotten! Will you?
@montanadreamer1 A part of country music. We've still got a few that aren't gone yet. Merle is still with us like George Jones and they still do a great job! Country isn't completely gone yet, but I'll have to agree that it's fading fast ! Thanks George Strait and Alan Jackson !
To TheKyridgerunner, you must not have heard Conway's grandson Michael Jenkins,A.K.A. Tre Twitty. He has his Poopy's looks and growl...His son Michael also looks and sounds like him...Check em out on YouTube...

i saw him at his last con. and i also saw him when he frist started so i fell very luckey to have been around for all he did thank you conway for all your songs
Conway twitty, is a alltime great musician, hearing his music makes me wish i was alive to see him perform, when he died, so did the heart and soul of country music
I have lived this :( ...the thing about Conway is he can write and pick lyrics that are timeless ..long after he has passed , we can ache to the sweetness of his music
Born Harold Lloyd Jenkins. ACC's #35 song of '81. God bless ya, for postin' it. Thanx! Have a blessed week! RIP, Conway.
