    Hello young fella,

    I occasionally fish the weir pool, especially when the river is low and warm in the summer as the weir tends to oxygenate the water and fish move into the pool. Weir pools tend to be very snaggy and you have to be prepared to lose some end gear. As they also tend to be dangerous places to fish, especially in a flood, always fish with a responsible adult.

    I liked your videos too - well done.
