where do you get the stamps for your nails? cuz ive bean looking everywhere and i cant seem to find any... oh and whats the diferance between regular nail polish and matte nail polish?

@robynthecrow Regular nail polish is shiny and matte nail polish isn't. In the beginning where she shows her finished look the blue is regular nail polish (Shiny)  and the black is matte.

i was playing around with my matte top coat last night! haha i put black nail polish as my base then OPIs i lilly love you on top and then a matte top coat :D it looks like a black matte nail with just chunky glitter :)
