what a nice gun!!! My next build is going to be a pocket or boot derringer. I was going to chamber it for a .22lr but after watching this video I think I may chamber it for a maganum .22 round.

@Nwest82 You should just get a NAA cap&ball .22 mag with bullseye powder they exceed 1200 FPS with 2.2 gr Powder some are saying 1400 FPS For once a cap&ball is more powerful then cartridge ammo of the same kind. Then you can turn it into a high power compact pellet gun just using caps & .22 pellets holds 5 shoots I may make a video on this.

I really wonder if with a short barrel like that, if you could achieve anymore power from a 22 WMR VS a 22 LR? I was thinking about a 22 WMR snub nose revolver but am questioning the power???

Good question, and the answer is no. The .22 Mag was has a slow pressure curve and very late spike, it needs a long barrel to achieve the velocity it's known for. From a short barrel it's very inefficient and no better than a standard .22LR.

@JTSA58 Actually the way they are built you have a full 2 3/4- 3 inch barrel. Snupb have a 1 7/8-2 inch barrel reducing vel and ft. lbs by 12 %.

I have two of these, love'em.

They also have the special holsters that look like a wallet, with the hole where the trigger is. So's you can shoot the bad guys without taking it out of the holster.

@BigLon This gun in the wallet that you are referring to is a NFA class AOW "Any Other Weapon" because it is not presented as a firearm. alone without that holster it is fine but once they are combined you must register it with the ATFE and pay for the additional Tax stamp that makes having the combination legal. If you are caught with them and not able to prduce a current and legal tax stamp it is the same as having an unregistered machine gun. Maximum penalty is 10 years and or $250,000 fine.
