This is an insanely good documentary, it gradually reveals the full picture of the damage meth (or other drugs) do. After seeing this, and ive taken a fair few drugs, im not touching them ... think of what they do to your mind in the long-term and the imbalances they cause. Its not worth it at all, you'll end up more dissatisfied with life when your sober than you are currently. Don't undermine yourself.

In a way I gave up to crystle, but in a good way. I did steroids to look good in order to go to sex clubs, and parties to get laid, having unsafe sex with people I didn't even know, just to feel better about myself. But I gave all that up. I have a small belly, and rarely go out, but have a better life for it.

Ugh, I hate watching this, but it's good for me in order to remember how fucked up my time on crystle was. I have done the dumbest and most dangerious shit because of this drug. In a way I gave up to crystle, but in a good way.
