There have been occasions where they start to fall off but we now have some glue called mastisol and this helps, but they don't come off much. In three years we had one fail when he was wearing it. They seem to fail less all the time but normally if they do it is in the primeing and then you just start another one. The company has replaced every bad pod we have had free of charge.
