  • Nice vid. That's NOT what I would call espresso. It's a moka pot--very popular in Europe as a coffee maker. Some may call it espresso, but real espresso tastes better. requires a machine & high pressure to get the best extraction out of the bean without the burnt taste. Moka pots over extract the grounds even on low temps because the water is in contact with the grounds too long. Also, aficionados refer to the foam as crema. Dairy 'cream' or steamed milk foam is used to top the espresso crema.

  • @metaspherz I agree with you on everything but the taste. an espresso also uses high heat and tends to have a burnt taste. A moka pot taste way better when made right.IMO
