this is the 21st century mate..wake the fuck up..its not hard to transplant a toyota engine into a Nissan Patrol. Why they do it is up2 them..but basically sum old generation petrol owners dont like the 4.2 Litre Careburated engine to they swap to either a 4.8 Litre VTC engine from a newer generation patrol or a 4.5 Litre 1fz-fe I6 which is in the patrol in this vid...so yeh its not fake..its no big deal to have a toyota engine in a patrol mate..theres many in qatar like tht.

there is Mercedes G500 , old one i guess 1988-1990, it is with 1uz-fe engine (for Lexus LS400) =D

in UAE.....i agree with u, alot of nissan patrols with install Land Crusier Engines, specialy the v8 one (2uz-fe)

Ese motor es excelente, yo tengo una Toyota, y para ser 4.5L y 6 cil, anda bastante bien. Lastima que el dueño de ese Nissan le tira muy feo a ese motor, todo el tiempo en el limitador.
