  • im scare to have a roomie who will steal my makeup ahah,so im moving in to a house with my friends.

  • college fashoin

  • Game day look!! :)

  • What lip color are you wearing?

  • I LOVE THIS! I'm in the process of redoing my collection and storage and this is perfect for having close to where I do my makeup and just keeping my most used products handy and seperate from ones that I would use more for tutorials or special ocasions.

  • I'm presenting my senior research this semester and I would love a professional "I'm not a student anymore" look!

  • ooh i love this video! thank u! could u do the travel one and the touch-up bag one =) thk u =D

  • @emilynoel83 Could you do a video on what your top 5 Makeup, Hair and Fashion essentials are for college? Im going to a program over the summer where i go to a college and live college life for 6 weeks

    Thanks <3

  • this is awesome (: i just brought home all my makeup for break and picked out the things i know i wont use when i go back to school. hopefully i have room to store everything!!

  • I love this college edition..I would like to see a video with essential makeup that should be carried in your purse... Just to do touch ups on the go like right after class... Without having to include your entire morning routine

  • I am in college and I find the hardest thing to keep looking nice unless I have a lot of time before class (which doesn't happen often) is my hair. Tips on something easy to do with natural hair?

  • super useful video!! I'm in collage, it's hard to organized your beauty stuff, and I really liked your tips :)

  • your videos make me smile:)

  • i love it. my beauty products are such a mess!! why haven't i thought of this before. more college girl beauty series please!!!! i have roommates so i need all the organizational tips i can get. thanks great video.

  • I suggest keeping your eye/lip/brow pencils in a regular school pencil-case. It works so much better than any mugs or holders :)

  • Even though I go to a community college so I still live at home, this is quite a good idea! I just might have to clean my room up to find room for something like this! My only problem is finding a mirror I can get close enough to so I can actually see (besides the one in my bathroom). Dang bad eyesight and how contacts dont work for me.

  • you look amazing heree!

  • The three drawer set that she featured is great, I have one of those that sits under my bed! The first drawer holds eye/lip makeup, the second has nail stuff, and I have room for the third to hold backups of my shampoo and such. I highly recommend this to any college girl, as well as keeping your daily makeup in a makeup bag or a little box, one that's convenient to take with you to a communal bathroom. Hope this helps! :)

  • where's your rimmel 25 hour makeup?

  • COLLEGE GIRL SERIES?! My life is complete; THANK YOU SO MUCH. This is sincerely perfect for a college beauty addict like myself! <3

  • You look soo pretty in this video!

  • Really like the touch up bag, I'm a high school student and it's all about how much I can fit into a small space, would really appreciate it!

  • YOU REALLY NEED TO BE A NEWS REPORTER! YOUR VOICE WAS MADE FOR IT!!!!!

  • @TheRahnama I'm pretty sure she is. xD

  • @TheRahnama I'm pretty sure she is. xD

  • @TheRahnama She is a news reporter

  • @TheRahnama Hahahaha :) She's two steps ahead of you theree.

  • Great ideas!

  • I think u are just wonderful. I love all of your videos. Def one of my fav beauty gurus.

  • Great series/idea, can't wait to see more

  • Where could u get tht eye cream

  • 6:22 caught the site of the pink shoes you are wearing. Cute <33

PS: trust me imn't creepy :$

  • Can you do a closet organizer tutorial?? Mine is such a mess :$

  • Could you do a video about bath caddies and what to put in them? And what sharing a bathroom in college is like?

  • can you do a tutorial on this look!? it's gorgeous!

  • were you in a sorority? Ik its not beauty related but will u make a video about them?

  • I really like covergirl shadow blast LUXE to use as a stand alone eyeshadow. It dries to a powder and doesnt crease at all like the old shadow blast. Brown bling is a gorgeous neutral taupe that really brightens the eyes

  • 7:44 - scary passion makeup junkie face!

  • Emily, you have PERFECT timing for these videos because I'm transferring to another college in a few days, and I'll be living in a dorm (I did my first 2 years of college at home). I don't have a tremendous amount of makeup but I still got so many good ideas from this video.

  • 5 min. Face!

  • Did you find the heart box at Target recently?

  • Have to know what blush you are wearing in this vid??? Gorgeous!!

  • storage for me was one drawer

  • 3 drawers is too much

  • How do you look so glamorous in a hoodie?! You're so beautiful, Em!

  • What do you think about VIVA GLAM GAGA 2? I think you have it. At least i saw it one video. For me it leaves just a little tiny bit lines on my lips below. Same with you?

  • i like the idea of the touch up bag to keep in ur backpack

  • I love your makeup in this videos...these colours suit you a lot

  • I don't live in a dorm room, but I live in an apartment with a very small bathroom that I have to share with my husband. I know this does sound a little cheap but I found it worked wonders with our limited space. I went to WalMart and got an over-the-door shoe organizer. I put that on the bathroom door and now I have 24 slots that I can put every thing from make-up to hair products in.

  • @jaquelynbennett92 I like that idea. My bathroom space is really small and I don't have an extra bedroom or room for my stuff so I might have to try your idea. Thanks. : )

  • Emily, your too cute. I love all your videos. Very helpful & honest. And you also have FUN there never dull.

  • Just came across your channel and this vid solved a problem of mine on how to store my lip glosses . Thanks so much for sharing.

  • Very good:) i love ur videos!:)

  • Again: I just love your videos!!! They´re so inspiring!!! You always bring us great ideas!!! I just moved to another apartment and I have been thinking about storage a lot!!! heheh Thank you for sharing!!!

    Kisses!!!

  • It would be great if you could do a video on sororities since you were in one! Like what to wear during rush, classy make-up, etc.

  • all your videos are soo helpful! thanks! :)

  • I have been interested in the Rimmel face primer for a while, have you done a review? If not please do one!

  • hi emily! i was wondering if you could maybe share some suggestions on makeup that's perfect for transitioning from college girl to working girl. love this video!

  • holy jesus!!! i have makeup as well ..i love makeup and playing with them and making it look difrent every time i put it on when i go out but U HAVE ALOT MORE MAKEUP than me!! wow...can i ask u a ?? tho..why do u have alot of makeup and if u dont u use them, what do u do with them, throw it away or donate??..i give it to my mom whatever makeup i dont use and she loves them..she dont have have as much makeup as i do.. thanx! love ur makeup and ur clips..some of of the makeup u have,,i have also..

  • on a budget skin routine for oily skin!!!!!

  • This series is a GREAT idea!! thanks so much! Could you please do a how to organize a closet in a dorm room? Or what to put in a dorm room if you're going far away from home for college? Thanks!

  • Updated skin routine ? :)

  • I love that you started to do this series! I'm always looking for new ways of organizing my college apartment! :) Always the best ideas come from you. Thanks again!

  • I just moved into my first apartment with my fiance and he bought me a train case for all my makeup. It had the large center and then the three little steps on each side. I love it! I put all my face stuff and eyeshadow pallets in the bottom and all my lip products, brushes, eyeliners, mascaras concealers and tools on the shelves. I store it in my closet when I'm not using it and can easily bring it into the bathroom to do my makeup.(:

  • I love this video! I'll be graduating high school in May, and i was contemplating how i would bring and store my makeup. Would you do a video on the college girl's must haves, not just beauty items. Like things to help to you pass and stay focused or work more efficiently. Thanks for the video! I love you ;)!

  • So helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • love the idea os these series! good work! <3

  • great video ! i remember when i wast at collage hiding the under eye circles and puffyness is a major problem .Actually all face dullness was bad cause of sleepless nights.no, i wasn't partying :) i was an engineering student and if i may add, damn labs and finals !

  • please list all products in the down bar! :)

  • U Should Do A Under Eye Concealer Video For Those Nights Where We Have To Stay Up Late Working On Homework And Projects :/

  • This video is such a blessing! This will help me in my new business!

  • Could you possibly do a video on what to pack for post secondary living? I'm going off to university next year and am just wondering what things could be handy to have (other than the basics). This video was helped me out a lot! :) Thank you!

  • Thanks for the great video! I live on campus as well but I have a single room, so even though it's small I have all the space to myself (: I do go back and forth a lot though because my boyfriend goes to a school nearby, and I always find it hard to grab makeup on my way out. I have a small makeup bag that I keep the stuff I use everyday but that would be a great video, like a small makeup travel bag idea. That way we always have what we need and can toss it in our backpacks. Thanks! <33

  • Can you do a travel one? Like not a huge train case something just to put in your carry on or the big one. Please!! :33

  • I think Make up Collection Video!!!! Please!!

  • I'm a freshman in college and this helped me so much! Thank you, Emily!

  • love your video's emily! i saw that you mentioned enjoying the urban decay all nighter setting spray. i was wondering, have you tried the model in a bottle setting spray? if so, what are your thoughts on it?

  • @ooooooSillyGirlooooo I didn't mean there is anything wrong with wearing makeup at that time...but i just was asking for a tutorial that is still put together but not too much, just something simple..at least for me

  • What I'd do in limited space is find some small palette that is good for all sorts of looks then put things like lip glosses/lipsticks in a cup or two kept on top with the foundation, primers, and two or three blushes (stackable blushes are awesome for this). When not in use, it would only take up as much space as the palette laying down horizontally. And with a palette like the NYX Nude on Nude it'd be even more compact!

  • i would love to see hair styles

  • Hi Emily :) Do you know if the heart container from Target is the XXS, XS, or S? Thanks in advance! Love your videos!

  • - I would love to see fast hair styles

  • I would like to see a video on the touch-up bag idea and maybe something about storing or organizing jewelry...! Thanks :)

  • a makeup tutorial for what i should wear for an 8 a.m. class would be awesome! i see a few people wearing a dark eye makeup look...even though their using neutrals it still seems like too much for that early in the morning especially if thats your only class of the day

  • You look so beautiful in this video, pink suits you a lot :)

  • I just use the skinny desk draw that is standard on most desks. It is always messy if i use it for schoolwork storage, making it useless so using it for makeup is amazing

  • an all nighter makeup look.. so we don't look as scary when weve had to pull an all nighter for school work.

  • Awesome! This is the perfect series for me thank you!! xoxo

  • Your awesome simply awesome. god bless sweety.

  • great style you have:)

  • I bought a Caboodles case (biggest I could find that wasn't expensive) Ulta has an aluminum one that locks. It's awesome.

  • Lovely! ;)))

  • I just barely discovered this channel and read that she's a news anchor, she definitely sounds like one :) Gives very professional/polished vibe. I like it :)

  • i would love to see an "exam time" college girl makeup tutorial!

  • I went to target last night and bought that heart container and that small one was on sale for 2.99!I thought that was so cute!I stored all my newer makeup in it so thanks for the cute find!

  • my advice would be just to get a large traincase and problem solved. :)

  • she sounds like a news ladyxD

  • @x18925801 That's because she IS!

  • Didn't have alot of make up when i was in college i didn't really get into make up until three years ago. After i was done with college. I didn't even start wearing make up until i was 17 years old . Then i didn't wear it all the time. I didn't wear make up all the time until three years ago.

  • Sorority rush makeup tutorial!

  • Please doo the whole collage series! I cant wait!!!

  • i love your make up could make a tutorial on it please?<3

  • how do you do your hair like that? its fab :)

  • you can tell you work so hard on your videos, i love it!

  • I don't know about you guys, but I feel like it is SO inconvenient to have my makeup in my room rather than my bathroom. I know its much more sanitary and all, but then I'd have wake up, RUN to my bathroom and wash up, RUN back to my room to do makeup, RUN off to school. Or maybe I need to wake up earlier... Nahhh ;)

  • wow WOW wow!!!

    You are amazing,

you can tell that soooo much time and effort went into making this

    SO nice of you

  • how about products that will last a long time like things that will not run out in a month

  • I live off of campus and its quite inconvenient to come home every night, so I will crash at my friend's places. Do you have any ideas for a makeup bag that would have my essentials in it, but that would be small enough to not take up a lot of space in my bag? I also have to cart a toothbrush/toothpaste/floss and face cleaning stuff in there too.

  • Hey Ladies!!! Please come check out my BEAUTY CHANNEL!!! Reviews, Makeup, Hauls, Fun!!! :) I have 3 MAC WAREHOUSE SALE hauls up!!! I LOVE my SUBBIES :) xoxo Please come by and say HI!!!

  • This is such a awesome series! Thank you so much for making it!

  • I'm excited about the series! Can you do a "no makeup" look? A look that makes me look refreshed and awake and not like I spent 30 min on my makeup that day.

  • Thank u so much for this series! I'm going off to college next year and these are and will be great tips to use :) You are so inspirational :)

  • My storage bin is set up just like this... although I do have a room dedicated to makeup... it's still very useable even with a lot of space. Love your videos Emily!

  • You have always been one of my favorite you tubers because you are smart, you actually know what you're talking about & do your research before you talk about something, you're not showy or obnoxious...but most of all you are REAL. I absolutely love your videos :)

  • Hi Emily,

I'd like to see a tutorial about which products you recommend to take on the go in your backpack. I am a college student and I need to know what to carry ( my books are heavy enough LOL) Maybe multi use products? Thanks :)

  • Please do a video on multi-use makeup! Like a lipstick that could be used for a blush as well :)

  • Hey Em!! ive just finished college and im starting work next month. I'm used to being able to run home to touch up hair and makeup between classes or to change if i was going out after school but my new hours are 9am until 7pm in the office and I was wondering if you could do makeup bag essentials and any tips you have for looking fresh all day for makeup and hair? This may also help some college girls who also have long hours on campus! xx

  • hairspray is also a good setting spray weird but true, just make sure you close your eyes !

  • Would love to see some tutorials for easy fast make up and hair that needs little effort for when I need to run out the door or was up late studying and have no energy to put effort in :P

  • this is such a great video series idea!

this is why youre my fav guru. and deserve everything youtube has given you because you work hard and i believe you truly think and enjoy this.

  • HAIR TUTORIAL!!! :)

  • Hello! I love your videos!!! And you:))) I have an idea for your feature video: tell us everything about mineral cosmetics: how good or bad it is, how to apply, special brushes( may be not, and can I or not use them for "normal" cosmetics and vise versa)... And I am particularly interested Elf . Oooo, I am confused with there foundation and concealer- they are not liquid!!! Is it ok. Another words- can you make a video about mineral cosmetic?!:))))

  • The best makeup for pictures! I'm in a sorority so there are always tons of pictures being taken of me and sometimes I have my makeup to blame for looking bad. Tips or ideas?

  • One thing I do is I put my most commonly used thing in a small container orr a pencil cup or two on my deck top, and leave evrything else in the drawrs so im not digging through stuff i dont need every single day

  • maybe a video on a quick way on how to conceal under eye puffy dark circles would be good????

  • This is a great idea. I think the idea of different looks for different college events is great - a college gameday look could be good (one that includes a foundation or powder that is outdoor-friendly, minimal fuss, etc). Or maybe do a video with ideas for good quality, most-for-your-money makeup for a girl on a budget, since a lot of college students don't have a lot of money to spend on makeup? Great videos as always! You are a pro! :)

  • i have that sweatshirt!

  • I really liked this video it was helpful!

  • Nothing new but your makeup collection is quite a bit~

  • I suggest if someone, especially freshmen to invest in a small train case (target: caboodles $29.99) with a lock and key. You never know who you're rooming with and the idea of them or their friends using your makeup or sometimes stealing even is gross but unfortunately common, same if you're sharing an apt. Lock it up or keep it in your room that's locked when you're not around...

  • @nekura86 ugh that always happened to me when i was at camps! At least a few of my makeup products (usually powderer blush, bronzer, etc.) dissapeared, the people that took them always went for the newer, less used stuff as well, so be aware people!

  • @makeupstylehair9295 I find the situation is worse as you get older. Especially when you're in your 20's in college or in your first apartment because you try to build an even more extensive collection with quality items and sometimes luxury brands.. and people definitely eye out your hard earned goods from department stores and Sephora :( People also don't forget to lock up your brushes!!! those can be some of the most expensive things in anyone's kit!

  • When I was in college, I went to a party with a friend and group of his friends. I pulled out my lipgloss in the car and she asked, "may I see that?". I was in shock. I had no idea she was going to put on my lipgloss and we've never met before that night. I threw it away after. It was cheapie but that wasn't the point. Some people have absolutely no boundaries.

  • @jancarolhg woah. she definitely lacked common sense.

  • i love u emily but i really do have to skip some parts of the vid cause theres to much maybe it's cause im a person who likes to get to the point! but just saying so i dont have to skip! =( love u emily!!

  • How about videos showcasing MULTI-TASKING or TIME-SAVING products. I know in my college days (and now) those types of things were my favorite!

  • I hate it when people use my stuff without asking or at least sanitize their brush or fingers first.. It's not ok to just grab people's lipstick or lipgloss to use after eating.. when i say no or hint them they should not or even lock things in my drawer, they say im not friendly or im stingy.. ughh :/

  • At my dorm, every desk had a drawer to put your keyboard. I just put my keyboard on top of my desk and used that drawer to put all the makeup I'd use every day. That helped a lot! :)

  • Emily, I had a small tackle box for my makeup when I was in college. My makeup collection was very small. My makeup collection as doubled in the last year. I went to college in the 80's.

  • I'm a college student, but I have my own apartment, so storage isn't a problem. I totally didn't need to watch this video. I did watch this video. I loved this video. I'm an Emily Noel addict. The videos are like Pokemon. Gotta catch them all.

  • I like the song in the intro what is it?

  • I'm going to college next year and I actually had been thinking about how I would store my makeup there, so this was really helpful. Thanks a lot!!

  • Emily! you're so sweet! I live in an off campus house with roommates and this was awesome when i saw this in my subs box! I store my makeup in a deep drawer of my desk because I have limited space. Cant wait to see the rest of the series:)

  • I like your idea of a quick "going to class" look. I request that.

  • oh my, im wearing that exact hoodie right now! i wear it as part of my PJ's xD

  • Im not in colledge but it was still usefull !!

  • i have those heart bins :) i use a shoebox sized one for my hair stuff

  • I'm in college (at home but still in college!) and I've done almost the same thing as you've done here! I have the 3 drawer container like you but the drawers on mine are more shallow but they're really wide and long so you can fit a TON of stuff in there. I separated the drawers into face stuff (top), eye stuff (middle) where I keep my Naked palette and 120 palette, and lip/miscellaneous stuff (bottom) since I don't have a lot of lip stuff. It works out GREAT for me. Great job Emily!!

  • I got a pro makeup case; you know the cube looking ones that open up. I use that for travel. It hold lots of makeup and it was around $20 at Target. I have a request; skincare for collage girls. It's hard to be persistant on the same skincare routine when you have exams left and right. Something quick and easy could be motivating.

  • i would love to see an everyday, quick makeup look using "double duty" products to save money and time :)

  • COLLEGE GIRL BEAUTY: college makeup must-haves.

  • Awesome idea! Thx!

  • A big request is how to budget in high end makeup on a college budget! when the product and price really is worth the money or when its a better value to get drug store alternatives. You could go over your favorite beauty products or sets that are high end and are worth the money and then which products are just overrated and it would be more sensible to get a drug store alternative! it would be great to know what is going to stretch my money the most as far as beauty goes! :)

  • This is the best idea for a series fyi my advice what I did is get a travel roll bag for make-up you can get them at wal-mart etc and they come in cool colors and designs and put my every day stuff in that, lip stuff in one zippered bad...face products in another, and then I just hang it on a hook, either like a Command hook or screw in hook!

  • thank u for taking so much time and effort to do this.

    xoxoxo :)

  • I love this new series/video. I have tons of makeup hanging out in a sephora cardboard box! How about videos on the most important makeup to apply if you're in a rush for class. Concealer + powder, blush and mascara? I never know what to do in a pinch!

  • Love your videos and this series even though I'm certainly not in college anymore! Another series idea...makeup as you age...how about some thoughts on changing your makeup as you age...40...50...and beyond. Maybe you have an older friend that could act as your model...or even your mom...she's so pretty and together! If you've already done this, let me know and I'll search your archives some more :).

  • Hey em! Quick question.. Im in singapore and will be going to the us this coming march..i hv a budget of $100 to get drugstore makeup (mostly eyes, cheeks and lips) what are the items tht u can recommend. ? Thanks.. Most probbly from walmart or walgreens:)

  • Wow ! You are AHmazingly helpful !! God Bless u ! And wish u had plenty more subscribers ! <3

  • maybe you could do make-up for job interview??

  • I am at uni in the UK, I have 2 old bean tins which I took the lable off and wrapped it in present wraping paper, and it makes a really pretty pot for all my brushes. And then for the rest of my make up I have one of those 3draw sets with eyes, lips, face then a little basket on top which I keep mascara, eyeliner and nail vanish in. I have quite a small collection but is growing fast (due to my obsessive youtube watching) so I might upgrade to a biddger 3 draw unit like this one in your video

  • I think you look extra pretty in this video. Maybe it's the pink shirt.

  • Tip: GET PALETTES. Whether it's eye, or foundation, or concealer. They are all usually flat and stack up and do not take much room.

  • I would love to see a before class makeup look! I think this is great, Emily! Thank you so much for doing this!

  • I'm in college now and my makeup storage looks almost exactly like that! LOL
