My goodness, I hope the council are hot on his trail. In "Medway Matters" the council proudly reported that a "litter lout" had been taken to court for discarding a cigarette end in a public place. The previous edition boasted that another "litter lout" was taken to court for discarding a betting slip (size of a bus ticket?) on the street. Come on Medway, if this really is the best you can do lets save a bob or two and get rid of our street wardens.
