man, After Effects seems so awesome but it's terribly hard to do....and these tutorials out here suck....

actually this rather easy to do, here's a quick summary on how i think he did it: Track ur footage (follow the demon face tutorial on videocopilot), after ur done doing that simply use the liquify tool to enlarge ur body and muscles, than finally for the greenish look just use an adjustment layer, use "levels" to get a nice greenish color, mask around the parts u want, parent that to the main tracker, and simply keyframe the mask path. Their :D
