very impressive; i have built a 6-speed transfer case using 3 clutches with speed ratios from 6:1 to 1:2; it only takes up a total space of 6 lego units, both horizontally and vertically and is extremely robust. however, it doesn't have a reverse gear (just use motor polarity) nor is it sequential or auto-shifting ; I like yours very much!
I wait how make R gearbox because i make about 3 years ago an 2 gear+R+Block mod gear box.. and my gearbox is the first R gearbox not this! =7gear? why? you make ferrari or bugati? lol :D i think 5 gears or 3 gear is good but 7??? why? xD lol..
@Blander14 i agree that there is no need to use 7 gears, u need at least 2:1 to accelerate and other to walk arround. also i see no point in using a reverse one, since u can easily shift the motor's rotation direction with a simple touch
@Blander14 because he was trying to re-create the actual bugatti veyron 7 speed sequential transmission. dat is the car this transmission goes into and was built for. fool.
@AZUWSK0815 as i could deduce, its kinda linear that is conectet to that red and black moving piece, this is responsible to change the gear just like in a linear one but u need to give a complete turn to change one gear
