If this video, some type of energy or information transfer, wow part 1 is this event filmed from a different camcorder and if you look at the review of that you can follow my annotations. Otherwise in general, observing and allowing me to film some displays for their own reasons is my best guess.

@MrProphetMan You could be right, from what I picked up by reading channeled messages from the galactic federation of light is that they're here in huge numbers making sure the Dark ones (Illuminati) are stopped and keeping the effect of the Earth changes to a minimum. They talk how they are pushing forward a new beginning for mankind, with new leaders and new technology, no more wars and secrets. They are ready to walk among us really soon. Let's hope they truly are coming with good intentions.
