There are a few things that pop out. He said she lost 3 years of her life she started out by saying she was 4 yrs old. The shot where she forgets him things she is kidnapped was framed to perfectly as if it were set up that way to get her in the corner and him on the computer with the screen pointed so the camera can see what is on the screen.
Well the real risk is, everything i gleam form the video.. memory loss.. loss of control of hand movement (shaking..) id be putting my bets on stroke.
If the numbskull does not get the cause of the brain damage investigated theres a good chance that other areas of the brain continue dying and the problem gets worse. It was a complex partial seizure. I know I have them myself. If she goes to the ER there is not much they can do except do expensinve tests and send her home. Normaly these types of seizures only last 5-7 minutes. After this it only takes a few days to recover.

I had never heard of Onision or Shiloh and went to look at the video out of curiousity. I couldn't watch it right through as I felt sick to the pit of my stomach for that poor woman. Videoing her when he should have got her to a hospital was bad enough, to then post it on YouTube was contemptable. I don't care if Shiloh gave her permission. She is not in a fit state of mind to make that decision. I had a gf once who used to take fits. I certainly never hesitated when she needed attention.

If he would keep her in that condition in his house without seeking any medical aid, the police would come crashing through his front door and arrest him for withholding her from getting the help she needed.
