@AkirasDaddy 自分がパートナーで使えますよ。動画詳細をクリックしてみると、­一番したに「ライセンス」のPull Downメニューがあって、そこで選べますよ。

@Hikosaemon それが、VideosのEditからラジオボタンで設定出来ない­ので、Standard Licenseとなってしまいます。新しい動画をアップロードし­た時にCCを選んでもダメでした。

参考になりますね。ところでYouTubeのサイドバーにあるE­mbedが表示されていたら, それはその動画を作った人は誰にでも許可なしにその動画を使って­いいと言っている事と同じ意味になるのですか？When Embed is displayed at the side bar on YT, does it mean that a creator of a YT video allows anybody to use his video without asking him permission to use?

YouTubeの規約に詳しくないけど確かに、Embedをブロ­ックしない限り確かにどこでもEmbedできるようになるから拒­否は実際不可能でしょうね。。。でも、それはまだダウンロードと­は別のことですね。つまりEmbedだけだと「利用」するのが難­しいと思いますけどね
