Well, if we are talking about the same thing... I do both. I integrate both together.

I am very in tune with the energy of each client that I train and feel that it's my job to give them a workout that will re-center them and get them back into their own bodies. Some, I need to get them to the "here & now" before they are ready to train hard and others are already there and ready to go right from the start.

To me it's all about working from the inside out and making each movement & rep count.

The quality of what you are doing comes from the inside... and you can't get quality if you are on the outside of yourself. So it's my job to get to the client inside their bodies first... once I do... then we are ready to take it to the next level. Movement without being on the inside has no quality and is just going through the motion.

When you are a beautiful sexy 42 year old woman who has worked hard to get her body to where it would be the envy of any 22 year old woman and the fantasy of ANY man of any age, you should be able to do anything you want! Just keep saying "open hand, open hand" to yourself while you are knocking the judges out of their chairs!
