I like both versions of this song. Both this original version and the one released on "Nobody's Daughter" evoke the same emotion in my opinion. Some of the songs (particularly "Pacific Coast Highway" and "Loser Dust") were indisputably better in their Linda Perry-produced states but Beinhorn's "For Once In Your Life" is every bit as good, albeit more polished up.
