  • Hhheeeeeyyyyy there's about £10.000 worth in that tank

    Nice going

  • @34SkiLLz14Luck ass hole it was my opinion....discus r sensitive fish and experts say they should be kept alone so better get your facts right.....and ask your mom who your father is..

  • oh boy. another amazing looking tank that prob won't last long.

  • I have two Pearl Jardini and I read they will tear anything up you put in with them. I guess that was BS because these Aro's are all getting along great!!! All the fish look super healthy! Happy New Year of the Water Dragon!!

  • @kquinn0333 not bs...jardini is a lot more agressive then the asian aro's....

  • @dockwerker Are you a Longshoreman?

  • @kquinn0333 i am! :D well i was :( i shattered my elbow recently so i'm not alowed to do the job anymore :( how about you??

  • @dockwerker Merchant Marine Officer, so I work with the stevedores on deck moving containers. What port were you working at?

  • @kquinn0333 nice! port of rotterdam, i worked at seabrex and after that at steinweg... maybe you know steinweg they are settled in ports allover the world...

  • Comment removed

  • @dockwerker Yes, I know of steinweg. I work with them in Singapore and Dubai.

    Do you keep Arowanas?

  • @kquinn0333 yep they are indeed, got the other message too about the life jacket? that's gonna be some stressful nights mate good luck with that, as a kid i picked up my mate to go fishing and his dad showed us his new silver aro, right then i fell in love with it haha never seen a fish so beautifull, up to now i have had tanks that i think are just too small for them so i kept a lot pf species from diffirent biotops except for the aro, now i'm having a tank build so i can have an asian one :D

  • It does look over crowded, but it also looks very clean and everything looks healthy. except the BD's are a little dark. maybe its just their variant.

  • beautiful fish

  • Discus, and arowana's shouldn't be housed together in my opinion.

  • get rid of the baja shark and other bigger fish snd add some plants and light gravel

  • Amazing setup...the fish and color is awesome.

  • what i want to know is why the pet store let him buy all these fish for one tank arent they meant to check first well thats what mine does not got a big enough tank or plan to mistreat your fish then no sale

  • holy fuck is that 8 arowanas in one tank!? thats just sad hope they have a bigger tank now

  • love the fish though i think the discus by themselves would look amazing

  • Anyone else hear the cricket in the background?

  • I bet they are happy as can be, but it just looks crammed.

  • very nice tank beautiful

  • nice tank just to much fish but i like the tank

  • get a bigger tank or get rid of some of the fish

  • discus with arowanas? what an idiot

  • @priksarxida why is he a idiot? when you can see the Arowanas & the Discus are happy & Healthy .

  • Hi,

Only the Discus would fit in this tank but not with the Arowanas. They get way to big for you tank. Olso the Balala shark, it's a group animal.

Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Austria.

  • nice combination, clear tank water.. stable and color discus.

only problem is that your arowanas will eventually outgrow in the tank, and might even see discus as food. i've seen successful comms though.

    Cheers! fishkeepers rocks!

  • :(

  • i think it computer animation

  • I want discus... Luv it!!!

  • it's best not to say anything. let the owner figure it out when the fish max out their size

  • doesn't it look over croweded

  • @hamzaasif1414 No actually all fish are moving around freely, and colors are very vibrant proving that the water quality and stress levels are fine in the tank. You need to pull your foot out of your mouth and understand that in the wild the conditions are 100x worse. These fish have plenty of moving room. they arent like american cichlids where they are territorial, and need huge areas to claim.

  • Nice Tank. and awesome fish.

  • what a ugly tank.. just alot of fish crowded together with a piece of dead wood in the middle, i dont get why anyone would think this looks good.

  • That tank shouldnt have the arowanas, if they do, then only 1, then theres a shark which really doesnt belong there!, then the discus should be fine, maybe remove 2 or 3, then your sorted!, arowanas do attack discus as they are like oscars, razor sharp teeth, and once hungry, they wont wait!

    Mike ( 1FP )

  • simply superb.. but u'll need a bigger tnk wen they grow.. clear water..

  • the tank should have 4 jardini instead of 8,i am talking about no space for them to swim though, plus those discus to many also, but very nice crystal clear water, like it though!

  • im new to aquariums and got some knowlege, i think its a very nice aquarium, but

im not sure about having arowanas and discuses in same tank, but im new to this its just what i feel. but what i think the ''fish gurus'' try to say is that its too many fish and maybe wrong mix. but i like how a plain aquarium can look so nice. :)

  • Love the tank bro would u mind telling me the brand of powerhead ur running ? I love the way the venturi works as if its on a timer.

  • the set up is good enough for all of the fish. the water is really clear, fish are healthy.

a little overstock , but it is fine.(it is a good reason to tell the wife you need bigger tank)

  • i hit like on the first top comment and after that reading the second top comment i hit like on it too :) thumbs up if u did the same LOL

  • i think the fact that so many fish can be kept in a tank and all be healthy shows this tank was intentionally overstocked. looks really good though =D

  • hermann u r great just leave comments from stupids they way ur aquarium reflects the condition and quality of fish is a prove that u know how to keep fish ,,but I must say its the hardest job to keep this much fish in top quality hats of buddy i m really impressed extremly owesome u r the real guru since how long u have all these fishes.

  • very nice tank! very clean and very neat! and wonderful fishes too! i suggest, you get another tank and separate the arowana comm to discuss comm so you can have 2 really great tanks! nice vid thanks for sharing.

  • when those arowana grow up ur gonna have serious problems

  • First off the tank is way overstocked

Secondly I only see one bala shark any they are schooling fish

Third they're are no plants which discus use as cover

Fourth clown loaches like to have substrate to look for snails in

Fifth african cichlids do not go well with any other fish (except other Africans)

Sure it looks good to guests but honestly, consider a bigger tank with more compatible fish.

  • How many GAL has your tank?!

  • OMG.. GREAT TANK.. so many VALUABLE FISHES. however the tank is crowded, the fact that you have money to buy expensive fishes. try to buy a larger tank

  • you got a beAutiful tank with beautiful fish

  • the arowna doesnt fight with the discus?

  • great tank and awsome fish i luv your set up

  • i personally love this tank even though its overstocked haha

  • @DarrenTP that's the understatement for all aquarium youtube videos. Tank is way, way, WAY overstocked!! Just from eyeballing it, looks like a 90 gallon tank which means 9 or 10 discus tops and nothing else. Unless this was just done for the video or very short term, no way you have that many fish in that size a tank, never!

  • you need a bigger tank and WAY more stuff in the bottom, sides etc...poor fish will go tank mad...seriously!!

  • Very nice fish but you will need a bigger tank.

  • What kind of lighting are you using here? Thanks!

  • the aros seem to like the current from that powerhead. hrmmm think i'll do that too...

  • Love this set up... I am interested in the Powerhead that you are using that seems to have the venturi set up on a timer or something... Can you tell me the make and model please...

  • although it was very nice to watch but soon you probably need to separate the dics from aro, plus you have a couple of african cichlid it willeventually turn in to feeders and not tank mate for the aros.

I feel like this tank was made in 20 minutes hehe

  • @216hotchocolate

how do u guys know that that is the only tank he has maybe he has bigger tanks around

  • Although the water quality seems good but this tank is way over-stocked

  • nice tank :)))

  • you are rich man ....

  • Perfect example of a person with money to burn and no knowledge of fish-keeping who should not be keeping a fish tank.

  • @HermannTheGreat i agree. but asian aros + discus communities are a good combination. this guy's only problem is that small tank. -_-

  • @HermannTheGreat instead of always talking shit. Why dont you "fish gurus" simply point out the problems?

  • @kirby7979 Now instead of replaying to his comment and sayin stupid shit just shut the fuck up?

  • @gumdony suck it easy fucktard

  • @gumdony Now instead of trying to be a smartass, why don't you work on your grammar first, yeah?

  • @kirby7979 Fish gurus understand his example. I'll explain you what's wrong with his tank. The thank this fish keeper owns is too small to support the fish he has in there. Other than that, there's a lack of plants, which may serve as a hiding place for the discus when they get scared.

  • @kirby7979 it's just that this tank is seriously overcrowed.

  • @kirby7979 `

i will instead of him ;-)))

... u should not keep all those together

u either keep the arowanas with shark

    or

    the discus by itself

  • @kirby7979 No sand. No plants. Too many fish, The Arowanas get too big, one fish that needs to live in a group and not alone.

Four big problems that will keep the fish from being happy, and thats what its all about. Keeping them in a way they feel good.

  • @kirby7979

Because they are simply not fish gurus they are just gurus' boring.

  • @kirby7979 his comment has more likes than yours so shut up

  • @quinze3 suck it easy douchenozzle

  • @kirby7979 after you gay freak

  • @quinze3 what the fuck does that manner...

  • @GoGxButterFly yo momma is the manner

  • @quinze3 take it easy kid

  • @kirby7979 For starters, over stocked?

  • @HermannTheGreat

A perfect example of an idiot with too much time. why not just appreciate the beauty of the video moron

  • @kevdung There's no beauty in a $50 tank stocked with $3,000 worth of fish that will be dead within 2 years.

And considering your youtube name has the word dung in it, most would consider you to be the idiot.

  • @HermannTheGreat

fags like u think u know everything the tank has been running for 5 years. your name should be hermann the gay not great ass

  • @HermannTheGreat perfect example of a nerd and 30 years old and never kissed a girl and still live with there mom

  • @HermannTheGreat i see what you mean but i kinda disagree i mean if he's keeping these fish together he must know a little maybe he's updgrading or something we don't know the whole story but i get what you mean though

  • @HermannTheGreat

So i suppose you were the one who set the international fish keeping standard?

  • absolutely gorgeous...you have my dream setup.

  • One of my favorite video , like all the colorful discus fishes and the arwana...

  • beautiful tank

  • Way too many fish....

  • wow so many discus..how much do they cost..

here in india 1 baby discus is50 dollars.

  • wow so many discus..how much do they cost..

  • Please can you tell us how big your tank is awesome set up man!

  • Please can you tell us how big your tank is awesome set up man!

  • Also, if anyone has had any experiance with arowana aggresion toward discus please let me know. TY

  • Hey, I plan on setting up a 100 gallon discus tank and plan on getting 8 or 10 discus and am wondering if I could add an arowana. I have seen a lot of different videos of people with an arowana in their discus tank and am wondering if they really affect the discus neggativly. I also understand the arowana will likely outgrow the 100g tank so if it does I can sell it back to the store. I really need help because I'm getting totally conflicting facts from everywhere. TY for the help. peace.

  • @AquaHerpGuy jardini arrowana will need to be housed by itself when it reaches adulthood b/c it will eat and kill every other fish including discus. If you are thinking of getting a silver aro or black aro then they need at least a 180 gallon fish tank so it would be cruel for you to put it in a 100 gallon and then sell it to a pet store once it gets used to you and happy. Basically what im saying is there is no way you can put an aro in your 100 gallon and you cant put an aro with your discus.k

  • don't discus require a low PH level? Never seen this combo before.. Very nice looking collection!

  • plus how u keep the tank that so much clean cause i know its a big deal to keep the tank crystal clear with such kind of monsters

  • excellent aquarium set up but buddy i need to know that how much food is required daily for these sooper dooper fishes

  • Whats the name or what kind of "wavemaker" its that?

Havent seen it in other tanks.

  • holly mother of one sexy and expensive aquarium, very nice, what is the dimension of your tank

  • how many arowanas do you have dude you will need a bigger tank!!!!

  • omg~!crystal clear water.mind to share what kind filteration u use?

  • @faredrake I can see a FX5,two Rena xp3's or xp4's also there's probably a sump aswell!

  • how did you put the dragon and discus together?

  • buddy dragon eats only what fits the mouth otherwise its a peaceful fish

  • @sinewynaved not my jardini -.- it attack my placo and oscar even thought they are bigger so i dont think i can put a discus yet

  • niice!

  • Just awesome!
