Hehe, you didn't have a clue where to stand on this boss did you. Stand on the left side of his body facing forward, can attack the arm and body without moving and without getting hit by the eye beams.

and you shoud be standing right at his belt buckle. you can attack both his arm and chest that way, and you won't get eyebeamed!

(eyebeam is supposed to only hit ranged)
