@bun314 and for 246436 time answer is YES!!! the only difference betwen arcade and elite is that elite comes with Hard Disk and Headphones...You can buy hard disk and put it in arcade and then it will be the same as the elite...Only difference is HDD,the rest is the same

i dont reccomend doing it, if you do it a few times it will completely fry your console, it is suppoused to go beyond the xbox 360 heat levels and rejoin the cold solder joints
