You didn't mention the voyager space craft. They are leaving the solar system. Do they show the same anamoly? Someone else mentioned the possibility of there being forces acting on the craft once it clears the heliopause. Has anyone taken into account Kuiper Belt? There could be planetoids and large chunks of matter acting on the craft. I haven't looked into it, just throwing it out there.
On a side note, since you obviously haven't figured it out for yourself... the Earth, Sun, and center of the Milky Way are in alignment EVERY YEAR! Not just 2012.

I had trouble in the University because my professors used to think of the theories almost a if they were laws. I guess I am also to blame for not being more humble. Yet there is a hope that humans will get over their actual limits to find new exciting limits to try to overcome. My bet is, it will start when we stop using only ligth to see and remember there are other things to sense.
perhaps the distance detection system is screwing up, is the probe going out of the solar system or into it? Consider magnetism or maybe the probes gained some weight in space from particles grapping onto its gravity making the probe heavier, making it move slightly faster towards the sun or away from it.

Mathematically Breakthrough
The decelerating force that affected the Pioneer probes and the accelerating force that had caused many Fly-by anomalies:
1.) Both affect the Earth (and the planets) as well, - and with full force.
2.) Automatically equalize each other (when affecting the planets).
This is today is now mathematically proven.

Maybe theres a greater velocity to reach in order to escape the solar system than there is to escape Earths orbit.
