ive got a 96 and ive been looking where else to put a sub and i thought maybe but didnt think it would be possible!!!!! looks like its a lot of work to make tht sub is it a 12?

What is the material you use to form and morph the box? that brown and white puddy like stuff?

Fiberglass. The white stuff is forming material, and the brown stuff is resin. the puddy like stuff is a fiberglass re-inforced body filler known as duraglass.

@justinstalls Thank you, I have 2 12" kickers right now, and i think im going to keep the kicker box that they came in, but i want to add onto it, so im going to make some small boxes that can be hung from my trucks interior. BTW i have the same truck as you, cept i don't have the bed cover and mines black, thats why i clicked on this video. Really nice job on the sub and AMAZING job on the door. I think i might do something like that too. Thanks for your time. Your awesome.
