I remember a few years ago working on an ice cream truck and a lady got mad at me and hit me with her ice cream. I called the police and wanted to press charges. The surprised police officer said "for an ice cream cone?" I was like "yeah, if I did that to a female I'm sure I would be charged!" But this was in an inner city neighborhood that has one of the highest crime rates in the country, so they looked at me like I was crazy. But I do know people that have been arrested for this.

The police did come to the scene. I waited outside of the woman's house for the police to come but they refused to do anything. That's when they asked me the question above. The statute of limitations has already expired on that one. lol
