@proflaura it's easier to hear if you are wearing earbuds, none of it is dangerous, but it is very likely that it differs with your philosophic standpoint, there will always be guided meditations which sound weird

Yes, there should always be a script available with this kind of thing, but shouldn't you ask the one who put up the video through a personal message instead of commenting the same thing a few times?
