I also find this commercial offensive. My son was born premature, no smoking involved. When I see this commercial it makes me angry, not at tobacco companies, but at the producers of these ads. Our son was lucky but I hate to think of how those who were not as lucky must feel. What must a family who lost their child be thinking when they see dancing premature babies?
