It really took me long to play this game, in fact, I started it yesterday.

When I was young, it had already been the time of FF VII (I love this game).

Well, what can I say.. IV is absolutly great, Cecil really is a well outworked character (so far :) ) and I cant stop gamin.....

The orchestration of this could use quite a bit of work. I find it almost insulting that the main phrases after the buildup are done with such understated violin. Either change that to a higher pitched brass like the keyboard emulates in the original recording or give the strings more presence with some cello, viola, I dunno anything MORE!

The string section and the brass sections are reversed. It creates a completely different mood about the red wings. Instead of being a "intimidator" vibe, it sounds more like an intimidated Red Wings. flip em around and its fixed.

I have every single finaly fantasy games, minus the new girl ones (after 10), and this, aside from the original final fantasy theme, is the most infectious, awesome (I dont mean wicked) and overpowering theme out of all the games. final fantasy 9's opener is a close second.
