  • Physics tells us that turnover rate is 50% of sprinting. Power= Force/time. Turnover rate dictates the rate of which force is applied. Proper mechanics dictate force application which is why ground contact is indeed 50% of sprinting. I love your premise, and know that your expertise is awesome. I didnt know about all the bodies hip flexors and how dismissed they are. Check out this video, give me your thoughts. The guy is slowed down in the first video, he can be seen doing the exact thing full

  • I got this program for my son last year and it is incredible he went from a 6.1 40 to a 4.92 in a year and he is only 12 I look forward to getting the jump higher program and seeing what that does for him
