  • @VictoriaSuger Skipping rope!!! :) 30 seconds on 30 seconds off working up to 5-6 minutes on 5 minutes off for 30 minutes not including rest :)

  • @savannahmonnitor99 no, gaining weight and gaining muscle are two different things. I'm skinny but I work out and gain 1 pound of muscle per month. you can gain weight faster if you add fat to your body, that's wrong thing to do.

  • CK is really wise and great man, who spreads good opinions. There are two most important points: A) Understand what does mean "be YOUR best"  B) When done, TRY to push your limits.

    When you are trying to reach your limits, they run away so you can keep getting better and better....

  • I'm afraid that not many people fully understand the "Being your best". I recently understood the essence of "being YOUR best". It is THE sanest philosophy in fitness (and this applies to EVERY aspect of life) ever imo. I think that everyone who hears this phrase "being your best" from Chris should not take it lightly and really spend some time thinking about it.

  • Your video's are awesome Chris, i am a 6ft 3in 17 year old, i am very skinny, but determined to put on muscle as i recently joined a gym. I want to better myself and become better than my potential, i was just wondering if you had any nutrition tips for a skinny guy like me? i was taking protein shakes, but they were costing me too much so i stopped, i was wondering what sort of meal plans could benefit me? can u help?

  • If your body fat percentage is too low, would you want to be focused on burning fat but also gaining the right amount of healthy fat as well?

  • Wise words in THIS blog, nothing but respect. I love this idea of reminding people to strive to uncover the best of who they are. Your best is no on else's best, it is unique to you. We spend so much time in jealousy, and envy, lusting after what belongs to someone else. But this is mere diversion; the longer you spend fretting over someone else's best, the less time you spend searching for your own. Great blog Chris.

However, as well as being inspired by your videos I almost always learn at least a couple hilarious lines from you Krueger!

  • I TOTALLY understand this, I thought I was at my best, then I SAW that my body could do MORE if I REALLY "focus" on certain sections of my body when running or curling or anything. I also preach myself about reaching my full potential and I sometimes try to share with my friends about full potentiality but sometimes I feel they just nod and don't really take in, then again everyone just isn't ready yet...but dude, we think SO alike crazy lol

  • Is the program about more than just building your body? Tell me about the mental health training you have. You talked about using maximizing your potential and not playing call of duty on the couch, does the program have advice on other things you should be doing rather than just watching tv and playing games with your time?

  • somehow the vlogs are lackin topics. basically youre saying the same over and over. Not that its wrong what you say, but probably you can give differen tips on everyone of ur videos. Example: you can talk about what a specific day in week could look like (like a day of ur program). Imo you're only scatching the surface of what needs to be said, so you should probably get more specific!

    Just a thought, your still doing a good job!

  • Great vid. Was going to start the program but my knee's been njured for about a month but just a couple weeks away. All I'm doing is lifting weights with my upper body but atleast it's something lol. Good stuff though.

  • This is stupid Chris. Its impossible to make a nutrition program for everybody. Have you ever heard of metabolic typing? Do some research Chris.

  • What goals do you make for yourself? Just improving every time you do scottish 25's? Or do you also specifically aim for 300 challenge. I used to focus on squats and lunges because i played tennis.Thnx CK

  • Actually decided to tackle the bonus program and started martial arts again. I'm LOVING it now! The style is Krav Maga, which is actually based on real self-defense principles used by the Israeli Defense Force. Let me tell ya though, the workouts that they put me through make the TSC workouts I'm doing look like a cakewalk! And let me assure you, I push myself HARD for this program! But regardless, I'm having a ton of fun now! And this is only week 4! Thanks for everything, Chris!

  • Everything he's say is right on. It's great that there's finally someone on the internet telling the truth. Proper Traning and Nutrition is the key and Chris Krueger's prrogram is the way. It's simple, straight forward and easy to follow.
