i was at Versailles for 2 weeks. but went to my favorite boulangerie cafe to eat those delicious croissants served by a sizzling french mademoiselle, And i didnt see the castle even once. A shame this rendition of Ave Maria is in that ugly german language, Otherwise nice job

This is the Gallery of Battles of France. Entering the side of the hall of coronation, the 35 monumental paintings recounting the great battles in the history of France, develops chronologically on the wall of the left (east) and continue on the right wall (west)

They are all from Versailles, but maybe de tour , the visit, didn't pas the south wing ( It changes somethimes, the direction, rooms,..) This is "Hall of Battles" Look at my channel for (19e Century rooms) and find out more. In the 18e century this "hall "was like the rest of Versailles ,5 large apartments for the Royals, and 14 apartments in the attic.All demolished for this 120 m by 13 m "Hall"
