Thank you for sharing Mary Kay Ash's wonderful story and brilliant philosophies. There is very little exposure for woman business owners. As a woman, I appreciate when their stories are shared.  I have known of Mary Kay, who hasn't, but I was unaware of her story. The 3 Action points really tied it altogether. Again, thank you for sharing. I am inspired!
